I have purchased a mobile SONY X10 MINI PRO Order Id # 265165 from dealsandyou.com on 15th of October 2011. As per their policy & to be on safe side they take 21 Working days to deliver a product. However There sole motto should be deliver the product as soon as after a purchase as other online shopping websites do (even their sister concern fashionandyou.com). I have took this product in taking care of auspicious occasion of Deepawali. Its been almost becoming 2 months I haven't received the order so far. In this time every time I have follow-up with them through mail or Phone call but I haven't received any satisfactory answer from them. On this issue, when I tried to approach them, every time either they disconnected the phone or ask for more time to get it deliver.

Its the clear matter of froggery & bad sales practices. I want you to take the appropriate action on this issue so that other customer can be get prevent from this type of bad practices. I can submit all the order form and all the communication details to you as a proof and it will give a very clear picture on the entire issue.

I have to write you today because I am fed-up and felt cheated after attempting so many attempts with the buyer.

Please take appropriate action !
