Idea Customer Care,
I did online recharge of Rs 300 on 6 DEC 2011 3:20PM using idea website, on my number i.e. 9568809848 . It was an emergency situation and I really needed my cell and its pathetic that even after getting the success message and deduction of amount from my Credit Card, I did not receive the balance. I tries several times to your customer care but to no avail, they have fixed answer "PLEASE CALL AFTER 4 hrs". Please look into this matter.
This kind of service and attitude is pathetic. I would not hesitate to take a legal action against Idea , if this issue is not resolved.
