i had purchased a mini silai machine from naaptol through order no 3014051 on 14/12/2011 and the item was sent to me by 17/12/2011. in the transit the machine is broken and as such i cannot use this. as per the terms from the news paper i can place my complaint within a day and i had registered immediately. after several phone calls to the number 09223516148 they inform me that some one would call me up within 48 hours. but since no one called up i am destressed i had again contacted them and they gave confusing sms saying that the item has been shippedvia PLH hyderabad, AWB no. PLH 000006384 and quickly sent another sms saying that it has been delevered. after waiting and again calling them up they gave me name of Aditya Infotech with the phone numbers 9701186216, and 9701186144, and the complaint number as 2156887. they told me that i will get call from them within 48 hours. so far they didnot react. iam not happy with the item and i want the money back within 48 hours otherwise i will be constrained to approach consumer forum for redressal and damages. please respond and try to address my problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Gunaji Jadhav from Gangakhed Dist: parbhani, my order no 2469702 after seeing the advertisement I got attracted to the naaptol offer regarding a mini silai machine with free set of threads and 1gram gold jewellery set(one necklace, 4 bangles, 2 ear rings + 1 wrist watch) I received the parcel on 28 oct 2011 from post office through VPP courier I paid the amount Rs. 2298/- cash. and after opening the parcel I found that the one gram jewellery set was actually a footpath material of very cheap quality and in broken condition and the coating of the gold gone at some places, the mini silai machine doesn’t work at all.

When I immediately complained to the customer care at 09223516148, I was told to resend the parcel to the given address to JS ASSOCIATES , 2 MANGESH INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, SUBASH NAGAR, MULUND LINK ROAD, NAHUR WEST, MUMBAI PIN 400078. LAND MARK : BEHIND DESIGNO FURNITURE SHOWROOM.
which I did, i sent the parcel back in the same state as it came to me along with the order details, invoice and a letter giving the details,through shree maruti courier services through consignment num: 3103 which again cost me RS : 150.
the courier office confirmed the delivery of the same to the above address on 04th nov 2011. i had also sent the proof of delivery (POD) at 'backoffice.k@gmail.com' as said by them.

AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE instead of refund they have sent me PARCEL AGAIN ,WHEN I ASKED FOR CUSTOMER CARE REAGRDING THIS THEY SAID ME ACCEPT THE PARCEL AND REFUND WILL BE SETTLED, THIS TIME ALSO I ACCEPTED THE PARCEL AND FOUND THE PARCEL TO DEFECTIVE, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID ME THAT I WILL RECIEVE A CALL FROM ADITYA INFOTECH REGARDING REFUND. do i need to waste my money like this by sending the parcel back to them every time and calling them on phone which costs me dearly.

But till today I didn't received any updates from the naaptol staff regarding my money. This is a very cheap trick played by the naaptol by luring innocent customers with false promises and sending them cheap foothpath material
in a nicely woven parcels. The govt should take stringent actions against such ficious companies who cheat people.
I request the concerned to take the action regarding this and see to it that the customers are not cheated in this way and caused so much problems of sending the product back on their own accord. why should a customer waste his valuable time and money in buying such products and cause so much inconvenience to himself. please arrange for my refund asap
i hope i get justice through this forum and teach a lesson to naaptol for treating innocent customers like this

IT is 2months already completed yet I dint get any response from naaptol, naaptol plz respond me is that ur business style? after 2months i come to know that the battery headphone and charger and warranty provided with the handset all are duplicate. fraud, cheater these r very simple words for u, refund my 10100/-. I wonder how could they doing their fraud business after lots of complains registered in consumer court complains. I wish if consumer court added their link with some fraud history of naaptol, it will be helpful for further customer who wishes to search naaptol on Google search. Mr Srihari owner of Aditya infotech I wish to beat u but I will not cause I belief in god and he is there to judge and punish. All the best Mr Srihari NAAPTOL you too.
