I have placed online order with letsbuy .com vide order ID lsb-608998 on 13-nov-2011 and pre paid it through credit card. The details of order are as follows:
1 strontium tnt 8 gb usb pen drive
2 samsung galaxy s plus i9001
3 branded accessories kit
the delivery time mentioned on website was between 3-5 working days but still I haven't received my order. After multiple calls to customer care they are unable to give satisfied response and its extremely bad experience with them and reason for my mental agony. Could you plz look into this matter urgently and resolve this issue.
