    If you are fortunate you will get your online paid product from indiaplaza. Otherwise you will never get it nor your money back. Order no in1710111218 placed on 17/10/2011 not materialised till date nor money refunded.talked umpteen times to their useless customer care each time assurance of sending the ordered product or refund but neither of them happened till date. No response to complaint no cnt201010450200744 posted with them with repeated queries.they have a very poor online feedback system. Once again i repeat try buying from them only if you think you are fortunate!!!!!

    I have purchased Sony ericsson MW600 bluetooth headset from indiaplaza.com through ICICI netbanking. My order# IN0512110804. I ordered at Dec5th 2011. Still they didn't send the item.
    I used to call the customer care every day and they used tell today evening or 2 days the product will be dispatched.
    Worst customer care and fraud online website. This has been a very bad experience for me.
    I want to refund my money.

    Yesterday i received the product. Don't buy anything from Indiaplaza through creditcard/netbanking, pay only with cash on delivery.

    I have purchased the HP Pendrive 4GB Clip On Style November 29,2011. My order number is # IN2911110234. Still id din't receive the product.
    I called many time they are saying it wil be dispatched with in 3 working days. I requested him to cancel the order, he saying we cannot able to cancel the order once we recieved the invoive.

    So my kind request to all dont purchase anything from indiaplaza. They are cheating us........

    I bought a mobile phone through indiaplaza.com on 2nd Nov (Order No. : IN0211112174), with a promised delivery within 3 days. However, even after 2 months, it's still not delivered. I've already called the customer care many times (more than 25 and wasted so much money). And every time they ask me to wait for two more days. I also raised a ticket online (
