Dear Friends,

After sending mail, they are not taking care to reply their customer, as i am dealing with Ebay since 2009 and purchased 10+ big iteam from Ebay, then after they are not raking care os this, so i suggest you please take care while dealing with Ebay.

As i sent the damaged photos to Ebay as well as the Seller, that time they told me we will going for replacement but now they are not replying. Also their Claim Supervisor Ms Nalini mailed me & asking for more money for the Laptop care pack. So friends please take care while dealing with Ebay.
