It is the worst ever experience i had do an online booking for a ticket.On 18/11/2011 i was attempting to book a return ticket to Dubai through cleartrip.It so happened that my Credit card was debited with Rs.16641 but no eticket was recieved at my end.I called up the customer care and spoke to Mr.Thejas who said we will send u a conformation in 24 hours.Shortlyafter i recieved an email saying your transaction is failed and we will refund it back or confirm offline.Next i called the customer care and spoke to Arjun,who also told me to wait for 8 hours.after eight hours spoke to Aneesh in the customer care and then it was 4 hours from his side.Now i caleed it was tony and she says 2-3 hours.Imean it like cleartrip treats customers for a joke.Now its no refund no ticket and rude incompetent service.
