I have ordered on letsbuy on 05/11/11 for HCL ME AM 7-A1 Tablet vide order no. LSB 577867. A packet was delivered to me on 10/11/11 and I have made payment of Rs.16,990/- but on opening the packet I found that it was wrong product i.e AE7-A1 tablet (Cheaper model). On my compliant, company has collected wrong product on 14/11/11. But till date they have neither delivered me correct product nor refunded the amount.
