i ordered a DDR2 RAM for Desktop by mistake and i wanted it for my laptop.so i checked out on naaptol and they have written that you can cancel your order within 24 hours.i did that and sent 3 e-mails to their customer care,CEO and one pther link they gave...
i got no response till now...it have been more than 24 hours now...
i called them today and they say order cant be cancelled and i have to wait for 7 - 14 days till i get the product and i shud not accept it so that when that item will reach back to them in another 7 days..they will issue a check to me and i ll get that after 7 days...i live in hostel so hostel authorities recieve any mail we get and it is not possible for me to not accept the delivery...
please help me get my money back soon....or at least my desired product.
