Dear Sir,
Through the Order Number:LSB-569137, dated 11.03.2011 through Credit Card, I paid Rs. 2636.00 for a Prestige Non-Stick Tawa and a Philips Hair Straightener.
Yesterday through Bluedart Courier, I received only the Prestige Non-Stick Tawa and not the a Philips Hair Straightener.
I am trying to contact Letsbuy.com through phone, but it is continously busy.
I have written several email to them, but of no use-no reply.
Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.
