Complaint against Letsbuy.com Hello Sir,
I have ordered one laptop from letsbuy.com on 18th October and already payed for the same,the delivery time for this product was 4-7 working days.It's 11th days but i didn't get my product.I also didn't get any mail or an update about the same from letsbuy.com.
When i call to customer care they didn't give me proper answer just say "currently this product is not in stock to it will take time to dispatch the product".
Please Sir help me out what should i do.

M really unhappy wit vodafone 699 plan........ .u guys r just using public cash... plz help the public rathen counting money... no use calling vodafone helpline ...m student as wel as workin... ma question is how can u change 699 plan witout informin us...i want ma money bak nor replace the 699 plan as is.... youth pls plsss drop vodafone... start usin other network.... m sorry to tell this.....

After posting this complaint i got the call from Letsbuy.com and got the mail that they have dispatched my product by today morning from mumbai and will reach in 24-48 hrs.
Now I am waiting for my product and hope i will get the same product which i have ordered in time.

Hello ,
As i have got my product on 7th Nov. with freebies but that time i was unable to check the product when i have cheked my laptop that's working fine but external hard disk(freebies) was not working properly.I have tried to copy some files then it took too much time but i had never noticed more but on 18th nov. when i was copying data into harddisk then it was corrupted in mid after that i have checked then it seems to broken. I have already complain to letsbuy.com for damaged product but i got the reply back "we will get back to you".....
Please help me to get my product back in good condition.
