I recently purchased an LG MJ3281CG 32 Ltr Covention Microwave Oven from Timtara.com for Rs.14,507. I was really impressed with the price they offered and boast about Free shipping + Home delivery as well as the promise to deliver in 8 to 10 days.

To my horror, the item I ordered on 21-10-2011 has not yet been delivered as on 02-11-2011 and also in-spite of several mails querying about the order delivery, there has been no response to my mails. The strangest thing about their site is that they have only ONE contact number which is almost literally unreachable.

Another most strangest thing is that they DON't deliver the items to proper city limits. I am a resident of Cochin City and yet their site does not cover any of Cochin proper pincodes and only deliver to outskirts and remote places. Towards this I had to add my brother who is working in Google Hyderabad to receive the item on my behalf.

Their site boasts about addressing every mail within 24 hours but none of that has happened in my case.

For the past one week not even a single reply has come through either from cco@timtara.com or customerfirst@timtara.com .

Please REFRAIN from ordering through this site as its is FRAUDULENT. You might end up losing your money. I LOST MINE!!!
