    That All Order Are I cant Recieve Company Not Taking Action. Soo Please Sir Help Me Too Refund My Money My Total Money Is Rs.1843 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Fourty Three Only)

    Angry Complaint against Yebhi.com

    Hi,
    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s2 (order no YBH723782) on 26, Oct but still haven't received it yet.
    On 28 Oct my order status was "PO Generated"
    On 30 Oct, I called them and the Customer care guy told me that i'll receive my order in max 3 days
    On 2 Nov, I called them again and asked about my order, he said that he will call be back in half hour but i didn't received any call
    On 3 Nov, I called them once again...i was asked to wait for another 24hrs
    On 4 Nov, I called and asked them that i want to have a word with their senior, again i was asked to wait for half hour...called twice again again the same day...but no use

    Have mailed them regarding the issue but it didn't helped
    Have posted on their Facebook page but it too didn't helped

    Till now 11 days have passes and my order status is still "PO Generated". On their website they claim to have the product in stock and to ship in 7 days.
    It seems Yebhi.com are not professional with their claimed quality services...I don't need any apologies from yebhi.com...I just need my ordered product ASAP with reason of delay...

    I odered a pair of reebok shoe around 15th of june whict cost Rs 1499 in which i made a payment of Rs 1399 through gift voucher of order no.YBH374226 and voucher no. GV3510728930025205 which was valid till date 8/20/2011 and i wasn'table to make the remaining balance of Rs 100 due to my credit card problem.The problem is that my orderd item list is been missing from my yebhi.com accounts from 18th june.So i called the customer support staf and inform about it but they are unable to solve my problem and later i contacted tothe manager,she told that she will solve my problem within 2 days but it is already around 3 months n she haven't solved my problem yet.Even she is not replying to my email this days.so i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money back

    I have ordered a Kenstar Juicer and the shipment( they ship it very late) came through Indian speed post and it found broken. I logged a complaint against it with snap shots of the broken item. Nothing is informed properly, I have contacted CC of yebhi in chat and phone. They never mails you what to be done. They says different solutions. Asked to ship by myself and never provided the address or procedure to do that. They said bludart will contact me for reverse shipment , nothing happened it yet. Yebhi is cheating

    Dear Online Consumers,

    I would like to share my 1st bad online shopping experience with Yebhi where they have eaten my money and not dispatched the product as yet after 13 days.

    On 14/11/2011 I purchased some stuff (Yebhi Refrence No. YBH786186) from Yebhi. I was provided the information on their website and through system generated email stating it was dispatched on the same date 14/11/2011 through Quantium Courier with courier AWB No. SO113844 and the same will be reached to me within 3-4days. On 18th I talked with Yebhi Customer care executive (Ms. Lakshi and Ms. Kusham) and she told due to some courier delay it will reached to me on or before 21/11/2011 at any cost. On 22nd I had a online chat through Yebhi webportal and Mr. Ajay gave me a complaint No. CC1111384293 stating the same will be reached to me within 24-48 hours then after that I spoke with Yebhi’s Team Leader (Mr. Yogesh) he also assure to me that the same will reached to me 24-48 hours but nothing happened. Even they do not have courtesy to update customers.

    I am surprised till the date my stuff is not deliver to me. It seems Yebhi has eaten my money.

    One most important thing I would like to share that Yebhi is total unprofessional online store and they dont have any ethics very poor costumer care.
    I would like to appeal one and all customers of India please think 1000 time before any online purchase from Yebhi.

    Please be aware of such kind of Fraud website like Yebhi.

    Default againest order no YBH824100 of YEBHI

    I Usha PAI on 26/11/2011 @10:45 hrs I placed an order no YBH 824100 scanned copy enclosed for AVP-046 and AVP -013 for total cost of Rs51123/- .After about 20 minutes one Mr. Yogesh Kumar of your order confirmation department gave me a call in my mobile asking me to deposit Rs 5112/- to ICIC BANK A/C NO 031105002941 of Shop online trading company Pvt. Ltd of Greater Kailash –II, New Delhi. He also said if we transfer the amount through bank transfer and on information of the reference number of the transfer ,they will update the order status as confirmed and !0% order value received with in an hours time .
    Ms. Savita Singh of your order confirmation department gave me a mail in this regard (scanned copy enclosed) and I transferred Rs5112/- from my ICICI bank account no 000301529586 to your ICICI bank A/C no 031105002941 vied transaction reference 0270639919 dt26/11/2011@12:20hrs. Statement copy of the transfer is enclosed for your perusal.
    I waited for status updating of my order ,but even at 18:30 hours it remained as unverified and your helpline people could not confirm receipt of money which was instantaneously transferred to your account at 1`2:20hrs of 26/11/2011..I was very upset as it was a breach of the purchase condition and asked your helpline to cancel the order ,they cancelled the order and promised to refund my money by bank transfer by 28/11/2011.
    So far I have not received my money although I have given a number of calls to your help line and also wanted to speak to all higher ups but no body from your side was even ready to speak..
    My request is without making the issue complicated like legal action etc kindly give me back my money So that our confidence in YEBHI is restored

    Sir,

    I had placed an order on 10 oct for a Mixer at yebhi. After that even though i had given numerous complaints, I have not received the order.
    The reasonn for delay has also not been informed. What should be done in this case.

    i placed an order of Orpat room heater on 30th november 2011..my order # was YBH842456...i received this item damaged from inside..i called back to yebhi and told them about the matter..i returned the damaged item through their bluedart service and filled request for money refund..yebhi team told me to wait for money refund..but on 10th december 2011 they sent me the same 'damaged piece'..i again returned it through bluedart service on 14th december..airway bill # 13206204712....yebhi team is making fool of me..they r not giving my money refund..still i m sending them emails with every details but they r just making me wait for next 24hrs and 48hrs again n again..for last 2 weeks i m requesting yebhi team to send me online voucher of same amount inexchange of money refund so that i can purchase any other item from their site..still they r not listening to me and now they r not even replying of my emails..

    On 07/05/2012 I purchased a pair of shoes for my dad and its code was Navyfont Men Shoes Montana NF 100005 C Black Silver

    I had paid the bill online and the amount was cleared but after paying the amount I have not received my parcel yet , each time when I called they tells me that within 48 hours I will receive . My voucher no is GV7742008223313251.

    AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET FROM YEBHI GUYS.

    Dear Team,

    Myself Jagdish Thakur from chandigarh earlier become your customer through watching of starcj live promme where i choose a Karbonn A1 mobile. I am unable to receive the signal of sim in the same cell from last 5 days. Even i continue calling to your help dest but they people are giving two number but no one being picked up i.e.011-46604660,18001024660.you are showing in TV that battery backup is 3~ 4 days but still i m not doing a single call from this one not listening songs but keepinf switch on wherein the battery automatically down after 6 hours ????.I dont know what is your commitmnet wth this product. I have not taken enjoy of this cell and totally disastified. If not resolve the issue will see with the another one option from consumer form.
    pls look into the matter earliest.

    I ordered a cellphone from Yebhi. Their shipping time is 7 days. until 7 days yebhi was saying that the cellphone would be shipped within 7 days. When it was not shipped within 7 days and I contacted them again, then they were saying that the item is not in stock. It took them more than 7 days to realise that the item was out of stock:-)
    Well, I saw that the item was AVAILABLE even after I ordered the cellphone. Don't understand why they allowed order and MONEY to go through if the item was not in stock. This is clearly yebhi's fault. Order# YBH1516129. SUPER DISLIKE!! I'm seeing MANY SUCH CASES in facebook..probably these guys are building their company from the interest gained by blocking the money of people. Receiving such a response from yebhi..

    Have asked to give contact no/email ids of upper management, but no response received from yebhi..

    These guys have blocked my 23k money. I need my cellphone ASAP else I'm seriously considering to take up this matter if not resolved quickly.
