    Thumbs down Order on Letsbuy but not delivered hence cancelled but still payment not refunded

    Letsbuy - one of the worst site I have seen in my life till now. I don't know how they acclaimed that they are no.1 portal for online buying. I can fairly say with my experience that they are the worst site I have seen till now.

    I have ordered a External Hard Disk on 18th of Sep 2011 which was not been couriered from there end within the time limit given for delivery therefore the order has been cancelled but still the payment has not been transferred to my credit card.

    Order Date: 18th Sept 2011
    Order number #LSB-398962
    Amount Rs. 9750/-
    Order Cancellation Date: 27th Sept 2011

    I have been regularly mailing them for my refund amount but they are least concern about the same. I have even told that I will be going legal if they do not response within a day or two. Instead of replying me they have sent me a refund id ID-8620086 on 17 Oct 2011 and told me that it will take another 10 days for refund.

    Its already a month passed still I have not received back my money from Letsbuy.com hence I decided to go legal.

    Default Letsbuy.com is a fraud online shopping site

    lets never buy at letsbuy.They take orders and take the money.They`ll not deliver the order and they`ll kepp our money for a month or so and then refund.They are doing this just to procure some money out of it by keeping it atleast for a month.They suck...!!!!

    I had ordered a oven which they failed to deliver within stipulated time.Then i cancelled it out of frustration.Now the are makong me wait for refund.There customer care totally sucks.They never ever pick.They can never be number one.I am kicking myself to have chosen them.
