    Angry Indiaplaza non compliance to order and refund requests pathetic customer service

    my name is tulasikrishna i had ordered a techcom wireless headphone online with indiaplaza.in in march 2011. till now they were unable to deliver me the correct product as per specifications. they had delivered me a low value and low specifications wired headphone in may 2011 which is completely against their mentioned specifications and of low value when i had conatcted them they had told me to return the product to them and they would be refunding me the courier and product prices and charges when i had done so till now they were unable to refund me the product price inspite of my numerous requests to them they are not even replying to my posts on their facebook and twitter pages and also to my requests on their own website since then more than six months had passed but there is no positive response from them. my indiaplaza id is 'tki92' my order id is IN2703110135 now pls help me out and pls file a compalint against them in consumer forum MY CONTACT DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS 9985178211 OR 9866228674 OR tki92@yahoo.co.in OR
