After posting this complain Timtara people contact me evening yesterday on 20th October,2011 offering me Replacement of the used and defective wrist watch along with a Reebok Wrist Watch and a Rs.1000.00 Gift Voucher as compensation.

But I am really not interested in any kind of compensation. Only thing I am interested is the value for I paid that is replacement of the used and defective watch.

Timtara send me a mail today on 21st October 2011 asking me to pack the watch properly as they have arranged a pickup with afl courier. But the thing is that I don't have enough faith on Timtara.com to send the item back expecting a fare business and expecting a proper replacement.

I make the payment first trusting them and the broke it now if they really want to rectify their image and reputation they have to trust me and send the fresh and proper item first.

Expecting a sincere step from Timtara.com and thanks a lot to consumercourt.in.

As expected from a FRAUD ORGANIZATION like Timtara.com they stopped communicating even after the commitments written above (though I did not trust them very much).

But thank god I did not step in their trap any more because if I really send the USED and Defective wrist watch back to them expecting a fresh one they never bother to return or communicate any more and I loose whatever I get.

Thus by paying Rs.4330.00 I got items worth hardly Rs. 2000.00

The last communication with Timtara.com may seen in the printout of the mail enclosed below. Moreover they are still advertising for Timex Expedition Men Watch - T49818 as per their statement which is not available to them and they send me a different model.


Anyway before you make any transaction with Timtara.com please consider their reputation. I really worried about their attitude. They are not sitting for a long time business and I think they are going gather a considerable no of order and in one fine morning you will 404 Page Not Found by typing Timtara.com in your browser.

Could you please elaborate the measures you have taken to resolve the problem in last quarter of year.

One think you and your team obviously did. You make me call and literally say we are extremely sorry sir for cheating 3600.00 bucks from you. Please forgive us and forget your money and please visit us again to be cheated.
