i am order a gents watch looks as show on figure on 100best buy .com web site .but the company send me a third class reebok watch when i am book the order
then the company representative will call me and i am say that you will send
me a watch as shown on your website. But the company send me a 3rd class
100rupes watch the company cannot solve my problem .i am also register on consumer complain web site against the website .
& the web site is big fake web site .don't buy any product from this site

I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 bestbuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 each and end of month me haven't selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website.
if you will not win your money will be added as credit points in our site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered a Nikon Coolpix L24 from 100bestbuy, then i receive a mail and call from their executive and he told me to pay online and then he give me order number. After online payment, again he called me and give me order number and said you will received your product by courier within 6 days. After 10 days i got my product(Nikon Coolpix L24) and i save more than RS. 2500 as well as i use my credit points to purchase this product. Its market cost is around RS.7000. im very happy with thier online service.

against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1129 / including all taxes and courier charges when the delivery reach our home the and i open that product the i got one product was missing that is Zents watch and ladies watch .Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer's care executive thesn they told to me sorry for inconvenience due to stock unability we didn't send to you that product,but don't worry we will send asap that product and within 3-4 day i got that product Zents watch and ladies watch it's looking good and nice quality

I participate one contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.com for worth Rs.199 and Rs 99 the i made a payment online through cc-avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com for worth Rs1291 but end of month i got one mail that my no is not in wiener list so i call them customer's
executive then they told me to we will give some product for that so demand one sun glass of ray ban and mp3 player so i agree they deliver to me only 3-4 days and when i got that it is awesome ray ban sun glass looking too good, so i am happy for that

Then i ordered HTC Wildfire from their site and their executive told me you will get your product within 5-6 days. I tried so many times to customer care but always one reply i.e. busy, then one of their executive receive my phone and he told me we have taken your complaints. After 10 long days i got my HTC Wildfire through courier and i paid RS. 9000 for that product. Its too good and awesome and i saved more than RS. 2000 as well as used my credit point too.

HCL ME Tablet X1, one of their executive said that your number is selected for lucky draw and you won HCL ME Tablet X1 on contest which is playing through 100 best buy and i have to pay only delivery charges to got this product. Then i ordered for HCL ME Tablet X1 and after 10 days i got my HCL ME Tablet X1 through courier and i paid only courier charges i.e. RS. 299. I m so lucky and happy with their service.

I purchase couple watch from 100bestbuy.com and pay online and got that product within 5 days through courier but when i received the product i saw that the watch do not works properly, then i call 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product we will send you new one . Then i courier the product to their address and after 10 days i got my replace product. This time the product is really awesome and original, the site facilities are good as well as their delivery. If you have any problem, you can call to customer care. I think they will help you.

I got a mail from this site confiming ' winner of apple Ipad' on 12th Dec,2011, but not received the same yet inspite of lot of chaser mails to different Ids of this site .

Their customer care executive are always busy, never come on line.

I saw lot’s of complaints against the 100bestbuy.com but that site is not like that but i ordered Ladies Bag + Leather Wallet + Cool T Shirt they sent me the proper product as they mention in there web site nothing any kind of fraud at all. I don’t know why you guy’s are putting that type of negative comment against this web site if you get any problem call them sure they will solve your problem.
