I agree with Hiral...100 best buy is fake product website...as the have commited they will give me T- shirt and citizen watch...but when i received the product it was fake no citizen watch...and no billl..no warrentee card as their executive told i will get all the things...

100bestbuy.Com is doing total fraud. They supplied third class cheap products and never take your call or complaint.
They told me that would provide apple ipod ans a reebok watch in 1263 rs. But they send cheap quality fake products.
The products they send would not cost more than 300-400 rs.
They also manage to counter a negative comment with a positive feedback in websites and other forums.
All the positive things said about this site in this forum or others, would be from their hired persons.
Please don't buy any item from this website.

I participated a contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many products. So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment. After a month i receive a call from their executive and told me that "u have won REEBOK ELITE CHRONO wrist watch (I22716) with one year garunteeand so have to ONLY bear the service tax (Rs. 902.00) on delivery and hence informed the dispatching of the same through courier within 6 days".
Today when i receive the courier, I observe REEBOK CREST BLACK (I18005) (Packed: 09/10), which cost not more than Rs 300.00 in the online shopping networks...

Third class cheap product !!!

On dialing the customer care number 8088211777, responds for checking the dialed number as its not the right number!!!


I have been clearly cheated for Rs. 902.00 (forget about the 199.00 contest money) by 100bestbuy.com!!!!
No Bill, No warantee card..


I want my payment back.

I placed the online order (Order No. 1986185)for 1 no. of Seagate External Hard Disk (500 GB)from 100bestbuy.com on 29.12.2011. The quoted price was Rs. 2927.00 which I paid thru my SBI Debit Card by CCAVENUES payment gateway. The amount was promptly debited from my savings account(Bank Transaction Ref No. POS 830117). The product has not been delivered so far. I contacted the Customer Care of 100bestbuy.com and was told that though the price quoted on the website was Rs. 2927.00, the actual price of the item is Rs. 4000+ and I have to pay the balance amount to get the product. This I refused to do and asked for a refund. Meanwhile, about seven days back, 100bestbuy.com posted one tracking no (43177675332) against my order no. in their \"Track your order\" link mentioning that the shipment ia being done via Bluedart Courier. But Bluedart website is giving no information against this reference no. saying the number is "not found". I have telephoned the website atleast 20 times. But their response is very negative (read Rude and rough) and they have adopted a delaying tactics. I have also participated in their online contest for various products by paying Rs. 3620.00 , thus totalling my payment to 100bestbuy.com to an amount of Rs. (2927+3620) i.e. Rs. 6547.00. The site however shows only Rs. 3620.00 as my credit. Their Customer Care is not receiving any farther call so today i.e. on 13.01.2012 I called up their sales team and requested to send me an alternate product displayed on their website. But without giving any satisfactory answer or taking my order, the person abruptly ended the call. I have sent one e-mail to this website also about 5 days back but no reply so far. Pl. help me to get this case solved.
