    Thumbs down Non compliance to order and refund requests

    my order no is IN2703110135 i had received an incorrect item against my order on indiaplaza.in when i had contacted them several times then they had told me to return the item and they will refund me the item cost and the courier charges i had got the courier charges but am still to receive the refund for the order. this matter is going on since march 2011 inspite of my several request and calls to them they r adamant to respond to my requests and is stubborn pls resolve my issue at the earliest i had posted the same thing on their facebook customer service site and their official facebook page but they had deleted them this is so arrogant i hope through this forum i am sure to get a proper resolution to my problem they are causing me a lot of harassment and a wastage of my time and money when i try to submit the compalint on their website it doesn't work maximum time

    hi my name is rashmita masurkar i m priyanka mom from her id i want to complaint agaings the channel and my complaint is against starcj whereas i have take a produt from them and paid hard cash on a doorstep the complaint is that they have given us a false product which is of no use so immediatel i called on the toll free number of starcj to replace the product and they replaced it but again that was the same thing like before the product was of no use the product name is birla classic food processor which cost us around 3995 this is the third month as the are not taking any action as i have called them many time for replace or refund but every time they said ur thing is under proceed will get u back soon i m really very tired now as i m 44 of years and a widow with 4 childrens that to girls kindly help me to get my money back
