Good evening !

I am Vinay and had given a advertisement in Amar Ujala Western UP publication through online booking, that was published on 23rd Aug 2009.Amar Ujala (Advertisement id:984849).
the problem came into focus due to splitting my mail ID in the ad due to line break as publication mentioned and due to that my mail ID that was vinaygarg2005@gmail.com was splitted like "vinay-" in first line(Considre that they added hyphen sign with vinay in first line as per of policy that confused peoples completely) and
"garg2005@gmail.com" in another line due to that i could not get any mail on my mail id and that resulted to waste of my 807/- Rs. paid through Cradit card to Amar Ujala. customer care excecutive says that they are not considering any such case of line break since this is there policy to break a word if not adjust in a single line, but my way to say that if this is mail ID then they may confirm to the customer before priting since have the customer contact number. my question was , what is the benefit of your customer care, if you may not confirm such kind of breakage of mail ID which the most important part of a advertisement.

Please look into this issue and let me know the resolution.
