Hi,
I purchased a Samsung television on snapdeal.com on 4th of September. The tv was priced at INR 13000. After not receiving the tv even after 2 weeks, I lodged a formal complaint at snapdeal and they said that the issue would be resolved within a week. However, they haven't responded yet and everytime I call them up, they say that they would get back to me within a day. However, so far they haven't got back and they still have not promised the delivery of my television


I would therefore like to file a case against them. Kindly help me do the needful
