On 14th of August 2009 I tried booking tickets online for "Kaminey" 1:45 p.m. show for four members cost /ticket Rs. 150/-, convenience per ticket Rs. 10. So total cost amounted to Rs. 640. I made the payment through my credit card. Then an error message said that tickets were not booked and asked to try again.
I tried thrice before i ran out of patience and still tickets were not booked. Then i bought the tickets at the counter for 2:30 p.m. show.
Now in my credit card billing i see Rs. 640 charged thrice. Please bring justice by helping me get my money back.

Pls. try to find out the address of Big Cinemas head office. Send a written complaint to the Head office of the Big Cinemas and a copy to your Bank's Head Office. Kindly revert back soon, after getting any response from the Bank or the Co.
