    Thumbs down Bag it Today: Fraud Site

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I just had a word with Customer Care Executive of Bag it Today and this is what we discussed:

    Me: My Billing ID: 1010040678
    Customer Care Executive (CCE): When did you place your order?
    Me: You please check as you already have my details.
    CCE: No, please you tell me.
    Me: Then I told him 31st August, 2011.
    CCE: He then put me on hold for a while and returned with an update i.e. the product you ordered is currently out of stock and we are in process of sourcing it.
    Me: But your delivery time is max of 3 weeks, so I should get it latest by 20 Sep. Right?
    CCE: There is no gurantee that we will be able to source it.
    Me: What a joke is that? What kinda company is this?
    CCE: Sir, I am sorry, but I am telling you the truth. You please call me in another 10 days and I will confirm?
    Me: What non sense is this, if the product is not available with the company, then how come you are selling it, and delivering the product in time is not my responsibility?
    CCE: As I said, I am telling you the truth. I can not even assure you that you will get the product.

    This is utter non sense, What a stupid company and CCE team they have?

    Please do something about it. If the product is not delivered in time, then I will seek compensation for that. Its already been 13 days and now he is saying me to wait for another 10 days and then he will confirm if the company can deliver the product or not.
