as discussed,
ebay.in displays better offers than what you have given. At the time of sale, i was told
that if i get a better price, i would be refunded double the difference.
other problems:
- exact delivery time not informed, product delivered post 20 phone calls from my side.
- 2 items on the invoice informed to be out of stock, whereas the same was not told
at the time of advance payment.
- installation procedure not explained causing a lot of time waste and harrassment
to me.
- also, post your salesman mr arun telling me that if i dont want the TV, i shall be
refunded the money in 10 working days, you have informed me of "no refund" policy.
BTW, let me inform you that no company can by force a "no refund" policy.
Even though, with the kind of poor coordination from ezone, and sour interaction
with you, i am NOT hopefull of anything positive from you.
this is for your own consumption, and may be you learn something from this. May
these 2 or 3 thousand rupees that are involved make Ezone a better outfit.
