    Hi Team,

    I buy one latop from the Srujan through ebay, firstly i have paid the money through
    paisapay, the seller replied me, i am unable to receive the money through paisapay,
    so please send me the money to my account, his account no and details are attached,
    but after that i didn't receive any Laptop from him, i have raised a case in ebay
    but didn't get any response, please help me in this, if you need any information
    please reply me, if you want, i can come to Consumer court also.

    as discussed,

    ebay.in displays better offers than what you have given. At the time of sale, i was told
    that if i get a better price, i would be refunded double the difference.

    other problems:
    - exact delivery time not informed, product delivered post 20 phone calls from my side.
    - 2 items on the invoice informed to be out of stock, whereas the same was not told
    at the time of advance payment.
    - installation procedure not explained causing a lot of time waste and harrassment
    to me.
    - also, post your salesman mr arun telling me that if i dont want the TV, i shall be
    refunded the money in 10 working days, you have informed me of "no refund" policy.
    BTW, let me inform you that no company can by force a "no refund" policy.

    Even though, with the kind of poor coordination from ezone, and sour interaction
    with you, i am NOT hopefull of anything positive from you.

    this is for your own consumption, and may be you learn something from this. May
    these 2 or 3 thousand rupees that are involved make Ezone a better outfit.

    Thanks for giving your valuable feedback., Help us to serve you
    better... As discussed with you regarding the below points mailed by
    you.

    1.FYI there is only three calls from your end out of two calls was attended by
    Mr.arul and one was attended by me (lastcall) through my landline numbers.

    2.the products was billed yesterday(SO no 2084000647) after giving you a
    confirmation about delivery timing(next day 08/11/2009 between 4pm to 7.00 pm).

    3.Because of the nonavailablity of stock microwaveoven & handblender in the
    warehouse,once we got the confirmation from WHS,
    same material has been dispatched to your place from one of our store at 6.30pm
    today

    4.since you know better that service team wont work on sundays(offseasons) we had
    communicated clearly to you that installations will take place on monday only

    5.as per the policy of ezone, 365 days Price gurantee (double the price
    difference-GV) valued only for 24 hours from the date of billing.(proforma invoice
    needs to be given in hard copy on the same or next day from sony authorised
    dealers.) anything related to refund, on nonavailablity of stocks needs to be
    approved by BM only...

    6.as per your screen shot ebay is the company who sells online, both the products
    like Auction(used product) and new products (with warranty) you can find the price
    difference in the site itself, price which is marked by you in the screen shoot it
    shows very clearly the products does not carry warrenty.(just see the below product
    which carry warranty mentioned by ebay site), but we (ezone) sell only brand new
    products which carry warranty from the manufacturer.

    I have seen your points that you have made. I do not agree to a lot of
    numbers quoted in terms of phone calls made (i can give you itemised bill,
    in case it helps you) your warehouse, showroom, and to you and arul.
    Anyways, i am sure we both know what each one of us have to do, if we at all
    cross our roads... I am sure not to buy from you, and if someone takes my
    reference, i shall give them a genuine feedback.

    What happened this case finally?
    Did you get the money back from the seller?

    What I understood was that -as per ebay regulations one must contact the seller via ebay and all payments should be made through them only(paisa pay),otherwise they do not guarantee any protection.

    In this case you paid the money direct to the seller hence ebay/paisapay may not intervene in this case.

    However, your above post is 4 months old, I think you might have got resolved the problem?

    Default refunded of money not reflected in my account

    hello
    i have buyed a mobile phone on 31st December 2010.but due to no service of blue dart in our area.he refunded my money of Rs.12749 on 1st of january.they said that the amount will be refunded in 21 working says.So when I check my account on 27 January the amount was not refunded or reflected.I need my money as need for other purpose.The bank is saying to contact eBay and eBay is saying to caontact the bank.What should I do now.Please tell me

    I bought a Mobile @Model: I9 4G Rocker Rockpad Item ICOD, worth Rs. 2,990 through ebay.

    I received the product from: Yogen N Ved,309/10 Galaxy Complex, Opp Sarabhai Chemicals,Wadi Vadi, Alkapuri, Vadodara-390007. Ph: 9428520447.

    Payment Date: 24/11/10

    Dispatch Date through Blue Dart is @25/11/10.

    I found trouble in the Touch Screen and send it back to their center based in Vadodara, as it is under 1 year warranty.

    They confirmed me that I will received the repaired or replace set on or before 25th Jan 2011

    Till today I have not received my set back, I am doing regular follow up by e-mail as well as by Mobile ( Mobile no of the Service center is 9428520447), but no results and not even replying on mail.

    Please help me.

    same company, same contact no.
    the other threads showing the company is a fraud one.

    I want to file a case against them.

    Default Paisapay not refunding my money

    Hi, I bought a "Kindle Lighted Leather Cover, Steel Blue (Fits Kindle Keyboard)" item no:120819784211 PaisaPay ID 30324160014 on 3rd December. On the 23rd of December, The seller informed me that the shipment could not be recovered, so I initiated a refund. The seller too approved the refund. But, then the refund was put on hold by paisa pay. I tried connecting with them on chat. I even emailed them but to no respite. I called on the 1800-209-3229 number today and the executive was pretty well rude. Can I get my refund in any way?

    Default ebay complaint

    I bought a ipod touch in ebay believing that I was getting the ipod @ 51% discount. But they actually cheated me by inflating the MRP of the product by more than 40% than what is actually shown in apple site. When I asked them to take back the ipod or give me my 51% off they refuse to do the same saying the inflated price is the actual price.
