I have bought two tickets from Via.com of KFA numbers: FMN0OK6PV5L and FMN0OK6Y5GQ. Both the flight got cancelled by Airline. But they even dont bother to inform me about this for next 10 days after the flight cancellation that when they are going to return my money. When I called them to return my money they told me that it will be return by Airline contact them. I have contacted to KFA their representative told me that as I have not booked the ticket from their site they can not refund me directly they had already returned to Via.com. And this thing they had given me in written through email. I have forwarded the same mail to Via.com and after that I am chasing them from more than a month but they are not responding to me. I have whole mail thread as a proof for whole communication. I have called them as well several times but their contact person Syed Faizan is not coming on call. I have even given them a warning that I am going to take this issue to consumer court, but it seems like they do not have any fear of of Indian Law. I am of my friend also booked the KFA flight tickts from ibibo.com and ibibo has returned the 100% refund to her. Even KFA has also given her 1700 miles bonus as compensation for flight cancellation. They are lying me from a long time and not returning me my money. I am feeling cheated and miserable.
