    Dear Sir,

    we had placed one order on 7/8/09 .its details are as under

    as per the terms assured delivery time is 7 days but still delivery is pending and
    no one is giving any satisfactory answer or dispatch details for the same . they
    told me that it will take more 7 days for delivary
    so kindly look in to this matter and help me to sort out the matter

    Unhappy Is Naaptol a fraud company?

    MODE: COLLECT CASH BEFORE DELIVERY
    COURIER: BLUEDART
    REMINDERS: (1). 12/09/2009, (2)14/09/2009, (3). 24/09/2009.

    " I got a SPYPEN GB on order No.42982 and got delivered through bluedart courier on payment of Rs.1690. I got problem in the first day itself and I have already sent mails in this reg. to 'support@naaptol.com' and 'crm@naaptol.com' on 12th Sept.2009. I have not received any reply or acknowledgment in this regard. I request you to go through my mail attachment which I have already sent and take action accordingly. I want immediate replacement for the item. I hope the Naaptol's trustworthiness and will take the matter positively and replace the thing immediately as I am in urgent need to use it for my businees."

    The above message I sent through email. no response.
    On 14/09/2009 I contacted over phone, one lady said they sent new one with in 10 working days.
    Today 24th sept,2009 I contacted them over phone again, they said the same reply, but with the modification that they would send the courier to recollect the device and would send the new after that with in 10 working days. During talk, they disconnected and after repeated trying could not get their phone. They disconnect at once on my ring to their phone. I feel cheated by Naaptol. They don't even talk English. VERY BAD online shop for purchase.:D

    This is the reference to a product mobile phone E-71 multimedia that I have ordered on 9th October 2009 vide order no. 69286. I made the payment for this product via ICICI credit card. I had received this product through BLUE DART on 12th October 09 and the courier man demanded Rs5100 ,because as per him the payment for this product was not made to Naaptol and it has come under the COD.I am constantly making calls to your complaint department to know the status of my product but till date I have not received any satisfactory answer.

    I have made a number of STD calls since these numbers are not toll free, that too when I have paid for the product in advance. At last on 16th October 09, I had a talk with Ms Kavita Rathore and she assured me that I will receive this product latest by 20th October 2009 where as I have not received it till date and infact you are not coming on line,as I have been made to understand that you are always busy in meetings.

    I had called up on 20th October 09 morning had a talk with Mr SACHIN RATHORE and he assured me that he will resolve the problem and will get back in 1-2 hours,but noboby called me up.

    I again called up on 22nd October 09 morning had a talk with Mr SACHIN RATHORE on hi mobile and he assured me that he will resolve the problem and will get back in half an hour,but as usual he did not turn up.

    I just fail to understand what all these people are doing since 12th October 09, the day when the first complaint was done. I was to gift this product to someone on the occasion of DIWALI and it makes no sense if it gets to me after that. Everyone in your customer-care knows my name ie.Yamini,Deepa,Snehal,Kripa,geeta (from email department),Sarika (logistics) and Sachin Rathore.

    Naaptol has used my money for several days as till date I have not received any product or any satisfactory answer. Nobody has bothered to call me back and I have spent more than Rs1000 on STD calls only.

    Look into this matter at priority and get back soon.

    Thumbs down In one sentence... Dont prefer this company

    I placed order of Headphone, the product never arrived but I had to struggle to get my money back. I know reader of this post would think that worst will not happen to them. But dont do the mistake I did. I got my money back after 60 days! Yes, after 60 days, that is also after so many follow ups. I wasted so much money on phone calls. I would not say they are fraud. But certainly they dont know how to do online business. God bless them and the employees working there. I wish they will get next job soon because this company will not survive.

    I had read your advertisement in DNA news paper
    Dated 10th Dec. 2009, then I ordered for PRO – 71 MOBIL (Ordered No -120132). But by your receptionist mistake she sends me other product (E – Phone mobile). But I don’t want that product and also I don’t no about E- phone so for that I had calling to your call center for exchange the products , but they are not responding me. But one receptionist advised me that complain on NAAPTOL.COM for exchange so I had complained there (complain no-19218) dated 19th Dec.2009, and they give me 09223516148 mobile for complain enquiry. So when I enquired about PRO – 71 they told me your PRO – 71 MOBIL send you within 7 days, don’t worry about that so I am waiting 9-10 days for that but they cant send any mobile to me .So again I ordered for PRO – 71 on 10th Jan 2010 (ordered no -142693) so for order they send me PRO 71 and I received on 19th Jan 2010 and return back to him E – Phone to currier boy, and not pay any money to him . Because I had already paid for that.
    So there is no loss and profit in this purchasing, when I enquired about PRO – 71 IN MOBILE Shop its price is only 2,500 Rs. But there is no way, so please if possible close this matter and take return E-Phone mobile. If you don’t exchange the product so you take both the products return back and give me my money back.
    Otherwise I have complain against you (NAAPTOL) in GRAHAK MANCH for the harassment and cheating

    Default Non Receipt of Product

    On 25th July 2010, I have purchased a mobile phone on naaptol website, order no. 603529 by making a payment of Rs. 4199/- by Axis Bank debit card. The payment was verified by Times of Money by calling me on my cell no. and landline no. Since 27th July the status shown against my orderon naaptol website is 'Cargo Ready'. I have called their customer service no. on 3 occasions viz. 2nd August, 5th August and 9th August. At the first 2 instances I was assured that the product would reach me within 2 days. Now when I again called today i.e. on 9th August I am told that I have to submit a copy of my PAN CARD and bank statement this is absolutely absurd. My email address, my mobile no and landline no. are all registered with naaptol, but they did not bother to inform me anything about this requirement for 15 days. Now because I call and shout at the executive she keeps me on hold checks back and informs me about this new requirement.

    I do not intend to waste any more time behind naaptol, so please refund to me the entire amount by the same route and send me the confirmation. You can call me on 9422056322 / 9763469664.
