    Angry by seeing all this suffers i am very tensed on this naptol company

    i have orderd f8 full touch mobile .order no:1922322..i am not sure they gana get me that mobile....!!!!! through home delivery...........if i am correct about them i am gona a take it very seriously......i will do what a citizen can do....!!!!! i dont know this people are cheating this innocent people....

    I ordered for Blackberry 9530 vide order No. 1769525, and we got same through The first flight courier on 27th May evening and there was a flight on 28th Early Morning so we could not check the Mobile on 9th June when we came back from the Holiday trip we found Screen Plate is not Properly Mounted so there is a tilting like situation, so I did not use this mobile set and countinuously trying to book a complain with Naaptol through Mail,as well as phone but nobody accepts the complain, I want this mobile to be checked, repaired / replaced under warrantee, no body responds My no. 09898069823 / 09979867415

    I received this product today 11/11/2011 from Aramex Couriers and I have paid the complete amount of Rs. 6298/-. This product is faulty and it does not work at all.     Default 18 days passed still the order not receieved

    Dear Sir,

    I've ordered one Multipurpose Toolkit on 21st April, 2012. But till date i've not received that product. At least 4 times i've talked to Customer Care support@9223516148. Every time they have told me that i'll get the order within 2 days. But it seems that they also don't have any information. Each time they have told me that the product has been reached at my local post office. Therefore I personally visited the local POST OFFICE three times But the post office also confirmed that no such package has been delivered there too. I've also tried to track down the AWB No. at indiapost.gov.in but it shows no such consignment found. My question is where the problem lies and who is going to solve that? Would i get my product or I should think that was my badluck shopping with NAAPTOL as it is a fraud company..........

    Customer Care executives have provided two complaint numbers viz. 2855304 & 2874393.

    Hi,
    I booked order on 20th March at around 1pm for Mobile phone after confirming from Customer Care and then sales team for delivery and was told that it will be delivered in 48hrs.

    I am in urgent need and thus ordered, but even after 3days today it’s showing picked up today morning. I feel like cheated. I was in urgent need and have to go on business tour for 5days. So, I needed it urgently, if they wouldn’t have told me that delivery is in 48hrs, I would have purchased a mobile from local market.

    Now I am left empty handed and cheated. Now I won’t be having a GSM phone to use my official sim.

    I also tried calling on 9223516148 for about 60+ times but every time I go for customer complaint option no2, phone is always on hold at any point of time and just end up wasting time from 3-10 minutes and money for each call...........
    It’s a cheating ................. and since I am going to suffer financial loss, so I am left to think if I should file a consumer court complaint as well as a fir for misguiding and false promise sale......And then customer care no is also fixed and never picks up which is being sms to us on order status......

    After repeated follow up I got my Satio phone order no 3659863.

    1) The phone I got is not working properly and is having damaged software.
    2) The data cord I got in the box pack of my satio is also not working, due to which I can’t connect it to system and update or repair it’s software.

    Since 20th I am unable to use my official GSM sim, and finally when I got the phone it is not working properly. I cannot CREATE OR SAVE CONTACTS and it shows error can’t access contacts saved to phone memory which is empty and can’t restore from other source , even memory card as it is not reading anything and says phone memory full, close some applications.

    I DON’T HAVE ANY APPLICATIONS ON IT, SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CLOSE THEM.

    I had given call to customer care no at around 1.30pm on Saturday to complaint that phone is not working properly and data cord is also not working, I was told that I will get call in next 4 hrs and till now I am waiting for call. Even today morning I again registered complaint at around 9.40am and was told that I will get a call back asap. Complaint no- 2659323. And then again called half an hour back to check status and was again told that will get call back in 48 hrs.


    I am suffering just due to Naapol, I have purchased something in good faith, but never got it on time and then the product is entirely faulty. I am supposed to use my official sim and if I don’t have option to store contacts, how am I supposed to do business?

    WHO IS GOING TO BEAR MY BUSINESS LOSS AND FRUSTRATION AND AGONY.

    I WILL WAIT TILL TODAY AND THEN LOGE A FIR AGAINST COMPANY AS ALL PROMISES MADE ARE FALSE AND JUST CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY GIVING ILLEGALLY IMPORTED PHONES, otherwise should have got a warranty card with the product which I could have used instantly to get the new product by getting this replaced or software upgraded from Sony Ericsson Service Centre.

    I am not going to bear such fraud and will take serious action.

    I have sent several mails , but never got any reply or revert. Naaptol doesn’t even bother if the customer have problem or not and the product they had sent is working properly or not.

    I called up Alpha Radio and Naaptol and then was told that product will be changed once I bring the box pack with me. I will get the replacement from Chandni Chowk Office immediately.
    But when I went to Delhi on 28th May, first I was told to come to Chandni Chowk office and then later on told not to come as they don’t had stock. Then was told, they will dispatch a USB data cord for my Satio, so, I can try to repair or replace the OS.

    But.... never got anything till date...........

    I called up each day and wasted my 20-30 min on std calls every day (since 24th Mar), every time I was told that they have dispatched usb cord and will get call back for confirmation of AWB No of courier,but never gave me the no as they had not sent it. Today also, I had a word with them for 25min in afternoon, and then got call from 0120-3893107 at 6.03pm today and was told that if you can come to delhi they can replace the box pack immediately. When I tried to call back, got through their no only after 7pm. And person who picked up phone told me that they can’t replace it hand to hand. I guess they are intentionally trying to piss off customers.

    And then told me that I can do whatever they want and will not be replaced and can come to office tomorrow and they will be ready for me......but not for service.

    Guys, I am a victim of this fraud company(order number: 3959145), do not waste your valuable time and hard earned money. Whatever positive comments you see on the internet are written by their employees. Kow quality products with no defined refund policy(!). Manipulated feedback system, poor customer support.

    I've purchased a Blackberry from naaptol, but there was a problem in that, and when i return back my phone, they are not replying me since last 1 month..So please i suggest to all of you, that please don't purchase or don't order anything from naaptol..
