I had signed a contract for the leads to be given for website designing &
development with call ezee. They had told me that they will charge Rs.1000
per lead for which we will make the website, if the given lead is not
successful then they will not charge anything for that. They had taken
advance of Rs. 15000 from me and promised me to given 15 confirmed leads in
within month for which I will make the website. After giving the money i
tried their all number but no one picks the phone. After a hunting of one
month, i got the number of their managers who supposed to be sit in their
Rajendra Place branch. After that I got only 3-4 enquiries in around 15
days but none of them was successful. May be they will be fake enquiries
created by them. Now its approx 3 months had passed I had not got any
phones from them. Even I am trying the number but no reponse , no one pics
the phone. The phone numbers are of Mrs. Shivani : 9818427172 (who is
suppose to be boss of Call Ezee's Rajendra Place Branch. Mr. Rakesh :
9818845552, Land lines: 32065794, 47057888, 45634737, 47096888, 47201100,
32078977. I had tried these number so many time, but not able to connect
with any of the person.
Please guide me what to do, how I can get my money back.

I Suffered by the Info Network Management Co. Pvt Ltd.( Call Ezee),
Some people get my number from ,next day one lady spoke thru phone,
we are the big one in this kind of marketing Service and we are having
alliance with world popular yahoo,and laba,...laba...a..,
i also committed for trial pack,for three months, it's in some
thousands ( its very costly for marketing to myself),next day one
sales person came and made agreement [Contract no. 4796 dated
07-aug-09 ] and receive a cheque of Rs.3861/-,cheque no.000019, dated
20-aug-09 ,I am owner of siddharth gymnasium they commit me they will
gives me 2 client per day for massage and fitness
i'm waiting with anxious every day, yet nothing happened, i ask
them by Phone , they continuously divert me as my Customer Care
Executive call You ,We Will Send More Business, and if I call them now
they directly disconnect my call. Contact person of that company

I registered my company with yahoo call ezee Mumbai . they took my Cash payment of Rs. 6800/- on Oct. 2009 .Till date not received any response from these people & when call up their numbers (Bijal Sonpal) 6604 8609 /9930451013 Email - bijalsonpal27@gmail.com / (Jagruti) 9769878482 Kalpana 9768000404 not getting any response.
It seems we all people have really been cheated by them we want our money back.

However they have also shown their anguish in the postings that are -of personal nature as well as causing defamation, posted with no proper identification of the complainant. In such cases, they have requested us to pass on the IP address of such postings to them for legal actions, if any.

Info Network Management Co. Pvt Ltd.( Call Ezee) customer executive named Ms Anu[+919094155646] from T-Nagar branch called me in the mid of Dec 2009 for buying leads. She called me more than 5 times to buy the service.. later i bought a trial pack for 1250 INR (5 Leads) she gave a assurance of 3 out of 5 leads will be converted. Then after 10 -15 days she sent me a 5 leads but nothing works in the 5 leads most of the customer already having a website and some of them already gave their orders to others. Then I tried to contact Ms Anu to give feedback but I not able to contact her (she didn’t pick the call). Later in the starting of Jan 2010 she sent me 10 leads with same quality as 5 leads. Then I tried to contact the customer support to make a compliant, one the customer executive gave Mr Ganesh[+919282422538] contact no and said he will solve the issue immediately, but till today he is solving my issue, each time when I call Mr Ganesh he will give a simple reply that “I check it and call you call” but still now he didn’t contact me. I have almost made more than 50 calls to him. Today also I called MR Ganesh but he didn’t picked the call, after the 9th call he picked it and gave the same reply as ““I will call you call tomorrow, I am in death”; I don’t know how truth is the reason. Its almost more than 2 months taken by Call Ezee to provide 2 Quality leads but they can’t make it still today.

Dear Sir,

I registered With Callezee On Combo offer where they promised for Yahoo Local 3
months (and which they told they will extend for another 3 months) And 1
year of callezee contract and directory highlighted listing for 1
year. I paid 16575/- for all three. Its hard Earned Money.
But I am not able to contact anyone
and noone is picking up the call if I try their numbers especially
customer care, Maduri and Azad Huzzain.
Either Refund me or else Do necessary steps.
