Hi ,
I would like to file a complaint against Indiatimes shopping.
I had placed an order on the jul 25 for a perfume. The same day i got a call
that they did not have the perfume and would like to send an alternate
perfume. I refused and asked for a refund. Despite that after 6 days they
sent me an undervalued perfume .
I filed a complaint with their customer care and they asked me to return the
product and i would get a refund. After that i have been following up
regularly with them and every tiem they have the same response that they
would get back to me in 3 days . It has been 10 days and i do not have any
update on the complaint.
Please help me resolve this and get back my money. I would also like a fraud
compensation as this has caused a lot of mental stress to me.
Please let me know the proceedure to file a formal complaint
