Myself Syed and i have a similar complaint regarding my airtel recharge. This is the second time am getting this transaction ERROR as follows.

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

First time was also unsuccessful, but they recovered my money. But they dint owe my money second time, they replied from care@rechargeitnow.com "Check with your Bank". And i have already checked with them, Even they said that they Did not Debited any amount from my Account. Following is my Transaction Details.

Sir, this is Shantiswarup Mahapatra, I have a Prepaid Mobile connection in the name of Ajit Kumar Mahapatra, number: 09238878166. I have a rechargeitnow.com account in the name of Bani Das, through which I recharge my mobile accounts. I recharged my account few days back but the transaction could not be completed due to some failure in the connection. Unfortunately my bank account got debited of Rs 201. I immediately reported the matter to the website helpdesk but they did no respond I mailed my request again but again did not receive any return mail from the authorities. Please sir I request you to kindly help me in this regard.

Advice for new customers.
Don't try to recharge your mobile/DTH with Rechargeitnow.com site.This is one of the worst site in the world and scam is ngoing on this. They are planing to close this website in future.upto now they collected cores rs from the customers.

Guys the site was working fine few days bak...i myself have recharged from it successfully many times....but from past few days there is sum problem occuring...i made a rechrge, and the amt was debited from my account but did not got it on mobile....i mailed the customer care on care@rechargeitnow.com. After ard 3-4 working days i got the amount back in my account....customer care guys never reply to ur mail....i automaticaly got back in my account

mention in ur mail the complete details of transcations n that u do not want a manual successfull rechrage....

I recharged my Relaince CDMA phone yesterday in the night through net-banking. I recharged it for Rs 100.It was completely processed. The amount got debited from my HDFC bank account but the phone is not recharged. I rechraged it roughly around 1.30 or 2.00 am but it is still not recharged. My mobile number is 9350280177. Please take this complaint into consideration & get it either recharged or re-imburse the money into my bank account.

i recharged my mobile on 13th march from RECHARGEITNOW
with Rs. 300. it showed an error msg. but my bank a/c ws deducted
Again i tried this time of Rs. 290. same result
so i became concened abt d credibility of the site. then i saw this page.
then i really felt duped.

but on the next working day my cell was recharged 14th with Rs.300
and on 15th i recd. this mail
from CCAVENUE (3rd party website,many use it)

So, i can now surely say this site is not a fraud. and it takes 1-2 working days(officially written 10 working days in the website) for refund.
Further i noticed most people didnt wait for even a day before before they wrote a complaint here.

and one more thing most online recharge sites (easyrecharge fastrecharge rehargeguru etc) charge FEES for recharges but this site doesnt.

Why dont u try contacting them and if after 2-3 days you dnt get a reply den complaint.

Dear sir,
I recharged my mobile no. +919371318851 (of maharashtra and goa circle) on 11/03/2010 at 01:51:16 trans I.D -4339533 and MRP(INR)-200. through A.T.M card of corporation bank. after finishing the payment option at that time screen showed recharge is successful but the amount was not credited to my mobile number and money was debited from the account. so, i would request u to clear my this problem either recharge it to my no. 'or' refund to my account. and make me update of this operation by mailing me to (x_nishant@rediff.com).

I have a simillar complaint. I made a topup recharge for my Reliance Data Card from rechargeitnow Recharge your mobile and DTH services online[/url]. I made a payment of Rs. 200 and I got a amount of Rs. 2.32. The payment was made from Credit Card. I had made a complaint on the site but no use. Neither they called nor replied to my mails.

Pls help me in the above case to resolve it asap.

Sir i want to inform u that my order num is A04300270410 an transaction id 693599 date 27-04-2010 in after noon 13:25pm when i recharge RS250 my mobile number 9772849620 is a company of vodaphone i do all the process and then the process is failed an then there is a option of try again and i tried again an its again failed an then i see my balance in mobile an there is no ballance of this transaction and then i see my ballance of my bank account of sbi debit card i see there is a transaction of RS250+RS250=500 is debit from my account. so i request u to refund my amount of RS500 in my sbi bank account. my register id in recharge it now is nishant_rekha@yahoo.co.in I shall be highly obliged. yours faithfully Nishant Sirohi
