I was also have complain as you. But my complain have gotten resolved within two days from the day of complaining.

I also used their services, and its really good. May be the delay could be from the parent company.

I am very much statisfied with rechargeitnow.com website. I am airtel user and have recharged my balance more than 5 times and I get instant value in my mobile. May be with Airtel their services are good. But I get get recharged value immediately when I click on pay button. I get info by sms & email first.

I have tried transaction costing Rs. 333 through rechargeitnow.com web site to recharge my mobile 9006813969 using State Bank of India debit card on 25 Jan 2010. But despite of transfer of money my mobile is not recharged. I have complained to the company regarding same on same date but have not got any response till now. So please consider about this. Even i have a similar problem. i tried recharging my mobile with axis bank debit card. the transaction was successful and i got charged. but i never received any recharge . its been a week now and i dint get any response from them. My Tracking ID is 00116130210.

Have you registered your complaint with their customer care ? if so then kindly post the complaint nos.

Y is Airtel hosting its name under the Recharge it now.com. When you can see many complaints like this, y dont you sue the company who is spoiling your name. y doesnt the other services lodge complaints and that make the indexing lesser for this company. Are all the services involved in this scam. Attrocious

I recharged my reliance GSM for Rs 10/ and it get credited in 1min. so always recharge for small amount.

But the transaction got failed. Then I filled a refund form at the same time, even filled twice on the recharge it now website, but till date I am waiting for the refund.

As per the RBI guideline the online refund must be processed within 7 working days. So kindly suggest me what to do next.
