I had recharge my a/c from rechargeitnow.com through my debit card bal had deducted from my debit card but not credit to my mobile a/c bal many times so i cant contact them because they do not privide their c.care nos and supports emails for said company. as a company they have to provide their full information to their site to help us. So pls take up necessary against the company in the interest of public.

recharge failed in recharge it now.com but my debit card debited twice. total of Rs. 90

My nertbanking account debited by 110/- on 21-4-2012, but my mobile phone no.9437783823 is not recharged till now. I lodged a complaint in recharge it now website and invain. No action atken in this regard. Order ID R51697621412 and Trscn ID 56522296

rechargeit now is fraud.. don't use this site. I did recharge for my idea mobile for 500. The amount was deducted, but my prepaid account was not recharged. Idea is saying there is no information available for these records. Recharge says that the transaction is successful. Now I am not doing any more online transactions. Only CASH. Thats better.

I have made an internet transaction using my debit card on 23-06-2012 the
amount was deducted but I still didn't get the amount in my tata photon number.
They told me it will be refund within 7 working day but still no response.

I recharged videocon d2h for Rs237 on Jun 30 th for the customer id 67487614.Money was deducted and recharge got failed. I escalated twice.But no response.It seems my money gone.Please dont allow these king of frauds.

2 i had again by mistake recharged by net banking airtel dth from federal bank guwahati on 19/7/2012 a wrong id 3000268663. my correct airtel dth id is 3000278663.transaction no.R82632119712.
pl take necessary action to make things correct.

Justrechageit and rechargeitnow both companies are fraud.I am victim of both companies.My bsnl and vodafone recharge were unsuccessful and i never got refund of my deductions from bank.TAUBA from online recharge

and also please note that I never shared any critical debit card card details with any
person.i
made one rechrge from ur site and never again that side but some person hack all my bank
details and use it to make lots of recharge from ur site.Therefore, these transactions seem to
be illegal and fraudulent and notice to police.i think ur site is safe to use but it is fraud
site . All transaction are upto 50000 rs.i inform u to take a action as soon as u possible and
plz let me know as earlier u can. I confirm it all from bank also .Therefore, I would request
you to kindly investigate the matter in detail, so as to trace the culprit, and also let me
have the details of these transactions such as Telephone Nos. Etc.Or if u not possible to do
any thing it wiil also let me know i do my self. All transaction done on 15 . 09.12 and
timinngs are 2.50 am in night.aND All transaction done with in 3 hour
