I had purchased the two laptops on 4th August 2011 and they have not been delivered even today, after 19 days. What sort of a service is this? I called up the toll-free number given on their site (1-800-103-2111) quite a few times and I was given different dates of delivery, but all these dates have proved to be false. One lady called me on the 16th August and confirmed the delivery address and assured that if not on the same day definitely the laptops would be delivered by the next day (i.e. 17th August). This too proved to be false. I called up the toll-free again and talked to a Manager. If I am not mistaken, his name was Thomas. He told me 100% the laptops would be delivered on the 19th. This too proved to be wrong. I wrote two mails to contact@sosasta.com. No one bother to reply. I don't know when I am going to get these laptops. They have taken all the money in advance, and don't update customers on the status of execution of the order and don't have any online facility to track orders. What a bad culture! I am really at a loss on how to deal with a company like Sosasta.com, who don't follow fair business practices.
The order was for 2 (two) Dell Vostro 1015 + Back pack + 1 year free servicing + Free delivery & software installation.
Paid Rs 51998 for 2 laptops in full at the time of placing the order.
