Hi,

I have ordered for a 3 pieces of Kelly Pearl cream, Order no is 6458298(CAsh on Delivery). As per the rules , i paid for 3 pieces and when i opened my parcel i could find only one piece of kelly pearl cream. When contacted the courier company they have no clue and advice to contact the Vendor or Rediff Shopping. I have got a signature proof with writings from the blue dart deliverable person that i have got only one piece of product but paid for 3 pieces . Already i sent about this to customer care twice but no reply.
We were believing the rediff shopping and placing orders,. if there is any shortage issue you have to respond atleast after 3 days. But i have waited for almost one week , but no reply.

I request you to take action on this and send me the remaining 2 pieces in which i have paid already . PLEASE DON'T CHEAT ME, WHERE I BELIEVED REDIFF SHHOPPING AND PAID MONEY.

I am having a horrible time with rediff shopping..I ordered a toy gun worth rs 2,000 and recieved a defective item..Its been almost 4 days and I am chasing rediff shopping an not getting any proper response as to how to replace this item..

I am thinking of reporting this to Right to information act and resort to legal ways..
Never going to shop with them again

I purchase a webcam of order no. 6734024 of quantium company of cost Rs.495+90Rs. shipping & handling charge ,instead of that you have sent a Tricom company webcam which don't have same features and qualities of Quantum webcam,
if you do not change my webcam within 2 days, i will go to the consumer court and note complain againt you,
so please sent me correct product within 2 days

Defective Product received

I have ordered for a Nokia BH-503 A2DP Stereo Bluetooth Headphones through Rediff Shopping and recieved the same on 05th March,2012.
But after opening , i found that the Headset is broken , no user guide and the product is in a disturb condition though Packaging is completely sealed.
Rediff people should have checked the product before delievery, now I want to replace the product with a new one or refund my amount.

Myself Prasanth P here... I bought a Sony Ericsson Neo V from Rediff shopping on April 9 for Rs 15590. Withing 15 days it

got damag. When I contacted Sony Ericsson Authorized Service center, they said its not under their warranty you have to

contact rediff. I contacted Rediff back, they asked me to send it back through ARAMEX... took around 12 days to come and

pick the product from me and I got the same product without even repairing/replacing by 7th day.
Hope you can understand my feeling...

I contacted them again and asked me to send it back..I send the product to them and yesterday I recieved the pack without

even repairing without even replacing... TOTALY FEDUP.... i took the piece to authoriezed service center to check the

issue.... I got the report from them that... its a hardware issue and for repairing it will cost around 70-80 % of the

product...

Could you please make arrangement to get a fresh piece of the same mobile or money back.It is under 12 months warranty and

I couldnt even use for atleast 15 days

Please consider this with high priority... beacuse all this process took around 3 months.

Should take necessary action against rediff, because lots of people has shared their complaints against rediff...
Because of Rediff people are lossing trust in onine shopping

Sir/Mam,

I placed an order on Rediff shopping with order no. 7575516 on 5th july, 2012.
When I tried to trace the order status is says it have been delievered through Fedex
courier which I have not received.
I tried to contact the courier serveice as well many times however the there has been no results.
Rediff shoping customer care is unable to provided proper information
and update.

This is really disppointing as am not concerned about the money but as I had promised my 4 year old daughter that i would be giving it today or tommorow.

Please take necessary action or ensure the shipment is being resent to me.
