Hi Pankaj,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have not received my DishTV as
per the order below. I have been calling the customer support no. of
FutureBazaar since 4th July,2009 and now I come to know that I will not be
getting my DishTV because it was an Application error which showed that the
DishTv is free with the order.
Now FutureBazaar people are denying that and refuse to compensate me for it.
I had a word with Goldie,Hemali, Sanket and many more people of FutureBazaar
and they are stuck to their words and says that they cannot help me out
regarding this.
The only thing they can do is to send me a Rs.500/- voucher of BigBazaar.
But why will I settle with Rs.500/- voucher. Either you should send me the
DishTV or the amount/voucher equal to it.

This is the 1st time I ordered something online from FutureBazaar and I have
a very bad experience.
I am holding a membership card of pantaloons and my whole family buys
product from Bigbazaar and pantaloons.

If I don't get justice soon, I will sue the company.
I am feeling cheated by FutureBazaar.
Even if it was an Application error FutureBazaar should comply by this
order.

I am working with Wipro Technologies and you know one bad word of mouth will
spoil the image of the company. I am also working in a corporate sector and
I will definitely ask my friends and collegues not to buy anything from
FutureBazaar.
