Complaint against home shop 18 Hello sir,
Me zaffar iqbal, I have bought a mobile from home shop 18, mobile model
number is Magicon mg6600, the product has two different product description
both website details I have attached with the attachment, and the
information was given are some thing else.
In home shop 18 website product description is given that it has an internal
memory is 16 mb, in company website its written internal memory is 8 mb
while in actual it has only 761kb.
In home shop 18 website it has mentioned that u can use this mobile as a
data fax modem, where as it is not possible so far.
In home shop 18 it was written that it has a battery back up of 15-17 hrs
talktime, in company website 6-8 hrs where as in actual its only 4 - 5 hrs.
Right now after this I try to convince the home shop 18 to take the mobile
back, however they informed me that it can't be possible as I have insert
the SIM on this.
But the thing is that if I have not done this then how could I know about
this issue.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.Regards,

Homeshop18 I had purchased a rice cooker (kia-brand) which is recd. was broken. I talked to them and now it is nearly 6months they have not even responded to my call. Besides it is not working.
They are frauds and the channels (media) who is helping them in business should also be sued as there is no complaint forum on their website.
where should i write to please advise

Lava Mobile I have bought a Lava Mobile(ModelNo:KKT24) from BIT-O-BYTE (139 Feder Road, Belgharia,Kolkata-56,Ph-9432284628). They have told me that you will get very good service from us. But when I have gone to their shop regarding a problem then they told me that we can't do anything for you and denied their previous word. If this is their services with the customer then I can say to everybody that don't buy anything from their shop. If you buy then You may be suffer like me.

Complaint against homeshop18 Hello sir,
Me S.S.PATIL, I have bought June-10th 2009 a mobile from home shop 18, mobile model
number is Xcite-215, the product has defective battery which is out of order on June 28th 2009 within the the month
I have been requesting through phone several calls after their direction I sent he whole product with accessories( Recharger, 2MB memroy card, head phone). Then onwards sent the product on August 12th 2009 to Home Shop18 with TNT courier vide no: 180004259999 and complaint number 18233993. I am expecting the non defective revised product which is received during September 2009 but courier has only mobile does not have accessories, without accessories as good as useless mobile. since after that continuously every after seven working days as they informing me by home shop 18 persons shamelessly wait another seven working days till today.
eg: revised complaint number 1976943 on 26th October 2009 by Mr. Sanjaya
on 5th November 2009 by Mr. Manoj
on 17th November 2009 by Mr. Anubhava
In addition to this many time submitted my request to In home shop 18 website
but they never replied also. it has mentioned that u can use this mobile as a

This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Anjan Bhowal, have purchased a mobile phone through HOMESHOP18 having the model no. VOX DUAL SIM TOUCHSCREEN MOBILE PHONE-A8800 which has been received on 10.12.2009
through FIRST FLIGHT courier with the full payment of Rs.4,099/-.Having opened the parcel I have found that the mobile phone has got damage on the screen and thereby non-functional. Then I have returned it for replacement. Dated 30.12.2009,I have received the same as replacement. But the result is same- having opened the parcel I have found that the mobile phone has got damage on the screen and thereby non-functional again. Again I have returned the same on same date(30.12.2009) & told their customer care to refund my money.But I am not getting yet any type of response from them.My complain ID to HS18 is : 2934843.

Complaint against home shop 18 I went To a Shop at 11 in night for Getting my Vodafone Prepaid Recharge and me and my friend wanted a Bonus Card of Rs.34 but the shopkeeper told us it will cost Rs. 35 because i only earn 10 paise so i will charger 1 rupee extra so plz look out this matter this is gonna make consumers fool

Vox full touch screen dual sim mobile phone model no vgs-507 I ordered vox full touch screen dual sim mobile phone model no vgs-507 on 21.03.2010 & which is delivered me on 27-03-2010 in order no 703195676 by courier . Retail invoice issued by alpha radios , delhi , but sorry to inform you that the mobile phone does not work . When i open ,it is automatically shut down within 5 sec. And open automatically within 5 sec. Between 5 sec. When i touch the screen then it show automatically shut down within 1 sec.
Please refund my amount 3999/- or replace phone set immediately.

I have ordered the Fujezone Touch Screen Mobile from ur Home Shop18 by the order no-703245264. But it has a manufacturing Fault.
The Fault is, when we select any option, it doesn’t accept that and it select the lower option of the selected one. We have also conveyed this problem to customer care and they advised me to send that ordered Mobile to the suggested Address.
I want to tell u that I M sending that ordered Mobile to “Naka Michi Tech. Pvt. Ltd , New Delhi for replacement.
So kindly accept my request.
After purchasing this Mobile there’s an experience of mine that there r several ways to ordering a product in Home Shop 18 but there is no easy way left for complaining or replace of a product.

this issue.

Non delivery of Product Hello sir,
I ordered Whirlpool 20 L Solo Microwave with Reebok Watch and Starter Kit on 4th June 2010. Since this is a branded heavy produyct, I was asked to go for 'Cash Before Delivery' Payment Mode. I made the payment on 7th June 2010 through Courier service. and after waiting for more than 20 working days, i didnt get the product even filing a complaint no 5108438.
Finally, I have to ask for cancellation, Request # 5329298, on 1st July 2010 for which i still didnt get any response.
