I am regular customer of Homeshop18.
I have place an order for Klassic Vimal 4 Pcs Copper Bottom Dish(VM005) vide order no 912014159.
I have called three time to inquire about the status of dispatch of the product but there is no satisfactory response.
Then I have send SMS and got a call from Homeshop18. Mr. Stanley has called, he ha informed that I have to wait till Firday i.e upto 11th May, 2012 . He is not sure about dispatch .
May I request you to let me have feed back with courier details to ensure dispatch of the product at the earliest please.
I have best regards with homeshop18 and not expecting such response.

i had purchased my micromax Q75 model in homeshop18 on 08/12/2011 in the earphone wire has broken

I have bought 4GB micro SD card for your (offer Buy1 + Get 1 Free) and Amount of 299.00 Only the order was cash on delivery so i will pay 299.00 Only but the product open i will found the Products MRP Both 139.00(Inclusive of all Taxes) for this condition i will extra pay 139.00+21.00=160.00. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, and refund my extra payment.

I purchased a cannon digital camera from homeshop18 & made payment through credit card on dt.12.06.12 but after assuring the delivery date within next working 5 days through blue dart courier but til date I have not received the same. The blue dart local representative said the consignment was lost & I complain the same to homeshop 18 but they not answer properly.

I have ordered a Kada in March, 2012..When it was delivered first time it was broken form everywhere..i talked to customer service and they have told me to courier it back to them as they will not come to pick it up.. so i do it.... and again it delivered in a broken condition and the same procedure i have applied 3 times...
when i pissed off about the same things happen again and again i ask them to refund my money and for that i called them around 8-10 times and till now none of the response i get from there side...

It simply shows that they are avoiding my complaint request.....when i tried to talk some of the senior in the call centre the executive has denied for it..and said all are busy with their work....

Means at the time of ordering the thing you great us so well and after handover an item to totally forget the customer problems and talk to them so rubbishly was horrible.....plus when i asked the e-mail id where i can complaint then he gave me a wrong e-mail id......

Hello sir,

i have purchase three items from home shop 18 on 29.06.2012 vide order no. 913773339. I received the order on 02.07.2012 but i found everything is double i submitted a complaint on 03.07.2012 about this matter and complaint no. Is 72839243 but no action has been taken till today.it was done because of some error at the time of payment,double payment has been done,now i want to return the excess products.please suggest what should i do.

I booked my order telephonic & received product after 10 to 12 days. It was defective. I returned the same.on near by 13 oct. Now till today i did not received that replacement.My complaint no. is 75459717,75427209,76131715 dt 19/10/2012,09/11/2012 against order no.917565707. AWB no. X01720787 dt 02/11/2012. So many phone call done on 18607800918 by me from my relience phone no 9311826244.It was chargeable I waist Near about 300/- during phone call. But there is no use. Now Kindly refund my Money back as early as possible. Please confirm me the duration of this process. thank you very much Sir.

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order for Zen M28 mobile (Telephonically) in the month of Sep-12 (18th Sep) but in next few minutes I cancelled that order as I realized that Micromax A75 would be a better option and I placed an order for Micromax A75 (Telephonically). I was confirmed over phone that my order of Zen M28 has been cancelled.

I had received Micromax A75 only and not received Zen M28 hence this was again confirmed that order for Zen M28 mobile has been cancelled. But homeshop 18 has charged money for both the mobile that is one for not delivered/order cancelled (Zen M28) and one for delivered Micromax A75 also.

Order number for ZEN M28 is 916457539 (Order cancelled/ not delivered but money charged through ICICI Bank credit card)

Looking forward to the resolution of this issue immediately and refund of the entire money charged.

X02015522 through DTDC.i try many times on courier site and homeshop18. they gave me a copm NO78552153 and dead line till 23th jan. but till today i call many times and they give me a new time.
