I would suggest you to send legal notice to them via court and then let the management know about the problems being created by the team.

Default Please take action against Virti Infocom

We are also victims of virti infocom. These people are very agressive in their sale . But after buying the data card from them, they do not answer the calls. We submitted most of the documents by Saturday(Jan 2nd 2010 during their employees visit to our house) and remaining scanned document on Sunday(Jan 3rd 2010 by email to their id). I dont remember the persons name who visited our house to collect the documents, but his number is 9325776233. The verification had happened on Tuesday after 2 days of submitting the documents(Jan 5th 2010). I tried using the data card that day after the verification, but I was not able to get connected to their network(even after entering the MDN# as the userid and password). I called up the Reliance customer care and they said that my card has not been activated because they havent received the verification documents in their system. There is lot of delay in Virti's end for uploading the verification documents to Reliance and Virti are also not answering the call.

One request to everyone reading on reviews on Reliance data card "Never buy the card from Virti". If at all you decide to buy the data card, Please go to your nearest Reliance webworld and submit your documents. That way you can ensure your card getting activated on time. Though the Virti people will come to your house to collect the documents which is a lot convenient for us working people, they are highly unreliable. So its better to take some trouble and go directly to Reliance webworld outlets and submit your documents for proof. Now there is lot of delay and our offer period of 2 months free usage is also diminishing due to the delay and God only knows when or if our card will get activated. I have complained about Virti to Reliance customer care and I hope some action is taken on them so that future customers of Reliance are not affected by this poor service.

Even I had similar experience. After taking money no one from Vriti (Nilesh, Dinesh, Jai) are answering the calls. Even reliance customer care are washing their hands. I was told that I would get my money back if the broadband speed is not good. Its pathetic. Cancelled the connection in just 1 day.

online option for getting Airtel DTH connection is fake. Once you submit the form immediately you will get call on the provided number and the person will say that we have amazing offers for you and will reduce the price also easily. The fraud thing is that this

These guys will force you to do online payment and will say that we will give u the connection in 24 hrs but it is all false. Once you do the payment online, u wll not get hold of anyonne. Be careful of such fake URLS.

Default Vriti Infocom is a fraud company

This is with regards to some highly suspicious conduct and unbecoming behaviour of Vriti Infocom employees that has led to some severe inconvenience towards me (Ankit Sanklesha). Below is a brief but accurate description of the sequence of events and facts that transpired with me that have left me thoroughly disappointed with Reliance Communications because of their affiliation and partnership with Vriti Infocom.
On Saturday, the 6th of February, I received a call from Reliance Communications regarding their Reliance NetConnect wireless internet service. I was impressed by the services offered by Reliance and hence agreed to purchase a CDMA Data Modem from them. As a result of this, a certain Sandeep (9869814283; 9004729606) from Vriti Infocom came to my house that same day to give me the Data Card and to collect Rs. 2250/- from me. He informed me that under the 750 Rs. per month plan, I shall get unlimited downloads and a speed of around 143kbps and the first two months of internet service free. He said that he’ll personally message me my UserID and Password on Monday morning (i. e. 8-Feb-2010). He also gave me the bill for my purchase whose photocopy I have enclosed herewith. Also he mentioned his and a certain Dinesh’s number (9920551022) on it along with Vriti Infocom’s address in Mumbai. As I did not receive his message on Monday I tried calling him on his number for about 20-25 times including sending multiple messages but he did not answer my phone or revert back to me in any other way.
Dejected and highly suspicious about his conduct I went over to Reliance World located in Ville Parle - (West) near Mithibai College on Monday itself. There I was informed that there was no documentation under my name and that there should have been a 10-digit mobile number in the modem box which would have been my UserID and Password both. But I had received none of these. Already I was afraid that Sandeep had made-off with my money and had given me a used or faulty Data Card. Then the executive at R-World provided me with a certain Jai’s number (9321118765) who was apparently incharge of Vriti Infocom’s Mumbai Branch. As I tried contacting Jai, he too did not answer any of my calls and hence I was unable to procure any help from him.
Then on Tuesday (i. e. 9-Feb-2010) after repeated failed attempts at contacting Sandeep again, I went to the Vriti Infocom address provided to me by Sandeep i.e. F-81, Shagun Mall, Near Dindoshi Depot, Goregaon – (East). But I received the shock of my life when I saw that the said office was still under construction and that carpentry work was going on there. I was afraid that this was a huge scam to extract money from customers on the pretext of providing internet service since no one from Vriti Infocom answers their phone nor was the shop in question even in existence!
Once again I went over to R-World, Ville Parle and the manager there was able to contact Jai on the same number mentioned above and Jai informed her that my account had been activated on Monday itself. But I had still not received my UserID or Password. He promised her that he’ll be messaging me the details soon. After about two hours I received a message from Dinesh’s number with the UserID and Password. But at home as I tried to use the given UserID (9320683252) and Password (583035354), it was still not working. Furthermore, I called Reliance NetConnect Customer Care and they still couldn’t find my documentation on their systems! They said that generally the UserID and Password are the same 10-digit mobile number but Dinesh sent me an SMS that had a different UserID and a different Password. Hence even the customer care were unable to help me. Also they informed me that the 750 Rs. per month plan was not an unlimited plan but there was a 20GB limit which contradicts Sandeep’s assurance that the plan was an unlimited one. I had specifically wanted an unlimited plan and hence had chosen this Reliance NetConnect in the first place. And now I regret my choice ever since and am shocked at Sandeep’s blatant lie.
I am thoroughly exhausted from my efforts in the last few days and request you to look into the matter as Vriti Infocom’s employees are without a doubt staining Reliance’s reputation with their poor service and false information. Also they will readily turn up to collect money on the same day but they will be extremely lethargic to the point of being useless when it comes to them providing the service in return. I will also look into Vriti Infocom’s apparently ‘dubious’ premises in Goregaon – (East) with the help of the RTI Act since I am a law student myself.
Kindly inform me as to whether I shall ever be able to use that Data Card at all or has my money gone down the drain? If so, then I shall be compelled to take further stringent steps regarding this deceit and if not then please provide me with the correct UserID and Password so as to avoid any further hindrances as it has already been 5 days and no action has been taken on their part.
Hoping for your assistance and co-operation.

    - Ankit Sankelsha

    Default Vriti infocom fraud

    Hi
    My name is Mubeen.
I have faced similar problem with Vriti. Please see the mail below to reliance data support.
I am fairly disappointed that reliance is not taking any action against such fraud.
I am planning to file a case against these people. Can anyone please guide me how to proceed

    Hi,
I am very disappointed to write this mail.
I would like to give more details on my issue.
I have purchased the netconnect device from Vriti Infocom, They usually call you back when register at following site
    http : / / offers DOT connectindia DOT in/details DOT htm]Course Details[
Vriti infocom who is supposed to be sales partner of reliance data connect, one of the reliance mobile store has said to me that they doesn't exist in the system and I have been cheated.

I would like to write that Vriti has really cheated me and taken my Rs. 2150, (also the trip to Goa was promised)

Following is details how they cheat lots of people under reliance banner,
    1. They will always ask for cash, rather cheque or online payments.
    2. Even though one makes online payment, as I have done then Viriti has solution to Scam people. They have designed their payment portal such a way that it will not give you the reference number which is require for backend people. It happened with me too.
    3. Once online payment is failed they ask you to pay cash which they promise to return in case the online transaction is also successful.
    4. Once the sale is done, no one picks the call, and innocent people are scammed.

Please find attached the cash receipt and my card statement for reference.

I have CCed the mail id's of Vriti Infocom people who have spoken to me during sales. Dinesh is the boss of the service person who has come to deliver the card and he doesn't pick the calls and make his family answer his calls.

I searched google to find more about this, and I am not alone who has suffered. Please see the following link where people have filed complaint against Mr. Dinesh personally.
    <<link for the same post>>

My request to Reliance is that please take some legal action against Vriti Infocom before I take action against Reliance and return my money back by end of Monday 22 Feb.
I have enough evidence to file case for this issue. Please note that all these mails would be forwarded to consumer cells and Media.

    Please contact me on 9823044006

    Regards
    Mubeen

    Default Vriti infocom fraud

I have faced same fraud, fortunately I have could sense something wrong in time and could save my self from the same.

I have applied for reliance 1x modem, I have submitted address proof (electricity bill) and photo_id also filled 3 to 4 forms for 1x connection application by the help of executive who came to my office. (he looked me a proper reliance executive)

After that suddenly I have started getting calls to submit my documents again and go forward for online payments.
Phone number from which i have received calls is 01204087659.

I have got the mail to make payment for 1x wireless internet modem as per below,
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Dear Sir,
If you pay through Credit Card or debit card , Please use this link.offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm
    EVDO card Product id-7041
    EVDO(Broadband Plus)data card Amount -1500.00

    Regards,
    Anil Singh,
    Sales Advisor,
    Vriti Infocom, B-75,Sec-63
    Noida-201301
    -----------------------------------------------------------------

I did not make any online payment. After that one sales guy came to my office and offrered me modem and asked for cash. I asked to show him receipt. Even receipt looked like fraud and not the Reliance receipt. Fortunatly I closed
the further deal and could save myself from fraud.

Please check above URL and mentioned phone number, it is advised not to entertain any calls from such contacts.
