Hi, I paid 1690/- to vriti infocom for AIRTEL DISH TV ,few days back. They did not come back . i paid the money thru creditcard. they are doing frauds, and they are not lifting the calls.

I applied for Airtel DTH new connection through net on 26/8/10. Next day Ms. Amar preet Kaur (phone no. 01204087602)from Vriti Infocom called and confirmed that the connection would be done on or before 29/8/10. The cash payment of Rs. 1650/- towards South Mega Pack was collected by their rep. on 28/8/10 after a lot of followup.


From that date till now there is no proper response from either Airtel DTH or from Vriti Infocom. I have wasted a lot of money on STD calling their Noida office for the same. Now they are not even picking up my call.



I tried several times contacting the rep. of Vriti at Bangalore, whose no. was mentioned on the receipt and he seems to be always busy and tells the customer to call according to his convenience. the rep. is Mr. Kumar Ph. no. 9845911901.



I think Airtel should take care while appointing co-ordinating agencies as this kind of service will spoil the brand name of Airtel. I am Airtel postpaid customer for more than 6 years, I never expected this kind of service from a reputed company such as Airtel.



I need the connection to be done by tomorrow, else I want my money to be refunded.



Hope that my concern will be addressed immediately.

I have recently to the latest victim to this. I was searching for blackberry handset unfortunately landed in eb age of Vriti infocom.Where i had registerd my num.Very nest day i had recieved call from one Chandraesh in regards to the hand set.Had asked to pay 1000 for which i had received a reciept .I was confirmed the delivery of hand set in next 2 days. Since then the phone numbers are from which i had recieved call is not working. I have got number from reciept 0120-466666 .I think we all need to sent /file complaint against vriti.For intenonaly cheating peoples.

I bought the reliance netconnect broadband from Vriti executive... who promised it wouuld be activated next day... but after the purchase .. it didn't get activated as promised.. nor any one is there is listen to ur complaint ... worst of its kind.

i doubt if they are actually a partner of reliance...

I get a message from this vriti company , these peoples are fraud for buying a data card how theY will give tickets to all
i am aware of these company and escape from this incident ,else i will buy and face a problem ,please all aware of this fraud companies

Ms. priya singh contacted me for Photon + & told me about the scheme. He told me that in tariff of Rs. 250/- i will get 250 MB free to Use & surfing is free . I purchased the Tata Photon + from Vriti Infocom. But at the time of Activation another executive told me that surfing is not free. I contacted to Ms. Priya singh again but she try to escape to talk to me than I contacted Mr. ankit & he contacted me to Priya Singh where she admitted her mistake & assured me to take the My Photon + Back. Mr ankit also assured me for the same. but after that day no one is picking upthe Phone & no action has been taken till now. I am not using the Photon+ & lost my hard earned Rs. 2000/- Now I have complained to Tata. Lets see what will be happened. In Nutshell the employees of the vriti infocom are cheater & misguide the customers for selling their product with the false commitments.

i saved my money and time....

I was sold reliance data card by a Vriti infocom(noida based) in Mumbai(OFF IS IN DADAR NEAR BARCLAYS BANK). the person who was taking to me was Vishwas(who did viswas ghat). he sold me and my friends 3 spoiled/defective data cards. he also promised Goa trip, a bag, and 200rs cash discout in plan.
Our data card worked only for 2 days and then stopped working. I called him 20 times and at last he picked up my phone and said he will not able to help and i could cancel the account and i will get the money back with Rs 250 deduction. This money will coem n form of cheque and it will take 15 days.
I requested him pl do not cheat me and help me. Then he sold me Reliane data card (*1600 actual value for 1900 rs) and agin it was defetive card. I was helpless as my money was stuck with him. Again i tried to call him. I called him for 10 days and he did not attend the call. he does not attend the call. This person VISHWAS and his colleague DINESH are both frauds. HIS MOBILE NO IS 9867285051.HE WILL ALSO MAKE SURE U GET A CALL FROM NOIDA OFFICE WHICH IS AGIN A BIG FRAUD.HE CALLS IT A HEAD OFF, THE NO IS-01204087625. DO NOT BUY ANY DATA CARD FROM VRITI INFOCOM. THEY ARE FOOLING PEOPLE AND SELLING DEFECTIVE RELIANCE DATA CARDS FOR CHEAP. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE SPEED AND HANG/BREAK DOWN YOUR LAPTOPS/COMPUTER. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DATA/HARD DISK.

Same thing has happened to me Vriti infocom delivered me the tata Photon + WHIZ and this is never activated . The delivery boy and there executives are not even picking up the phone. There must be some action against them .Please any one tell me what should i do to take legal action against them.
Even they promised me to give a laptop bag and a memory card after 7 days of purchase.But all was just a crap.Name of that guy was Ankit and his contact no. is 9212668806 and Sanjeev(cntct no-9990272589) who came to my office to deliver me that crap box(Tata Photon +) for 1300 Rs.
I trusted Tata Indicom website and ordered online for Tata Photon Plus.I did not have any idea that Tata people have fraud dealers who befool people on the name of such a reputed Company.

Now its a high time and a strict action shoud be taken against these fraud mofu's..

Hi Thanks to all those who raised your suffering as a complaint, Recently i received mail form the same email id. Now i am awaked by you people.begining it self i had a doubt in that.

I have taken a new RELIANCE 3G SIM connection. I was given my preferred no. (free of charge according to these people) after 5 days of activation and charged for it by reliance in my billing. Now they are refusing to compensate.

Came to know about their other deeds online here on this forum. I believe the companies they are promoting are equally promoting/supporting them.
