I have made a purchase of Movie Ticket Voucher from India Today Book Club on 17th of May 2009 Worth Rs 588/-, My membership Id: ITBC0926462 and Order ID:0GA090046173

i recieved a Wrong Parcel on 16th of June and found that it has some "PARTY ALL NIGHT" card instead,

i called them and was told that i should mail back the CARD, i did the same and got confirmation from courier that it has reached them on 19th of June,

I have made repeated Calls to them and e-mailed them many times but i always get reply as the request has been sent to concerned department

until today its the same scenario that their records are not updated and intimation has been sent to concerned department and my request is under process

Please tell how to lodge a compalint aganist India Today Book Club and thier offers in Consumer Court
