I ordered some books, and a games CD, through Indiatimes Shopping. The Order number was 113373354, dated October 10,2011. Only one of the products was delivered by October 18, 2011, and the others have not been delivered till date (October 28.2011). Its been 19 days, where they have collected the money and not delivered anything.

The customer service is equally bad, I have called the customer service at least 5-6 times, since then. In the first call they refused to record the complaint stating that the items will get deliverd in 2days. After a couple of calls they did record the complaint, everytime assuring that the itesms would get delivered in the next 2 days.

I have been following up with their CC Supervisor Mr Kishore, and he did respond to emails stating that he will get back, and resolve this. However, he has also stopped responding to emails.

I would want to WARN ALL CUSTOMERS, that INDIATIMES SHOPPING IS A BIG FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION, and they will collect your money and not deliver you products on time or keep your money for a long time and return in back, stating the product is not available, while you will still see that the product is still displayed for sale on their website. PLEASE REFRAIN from thinking this is TIMES GROUP, and hence your money is safe

This is to bring to you kind notice that I have been harassed by your company INDIATIMES.COM. My order no is 113311969. Around 1 and half month back after reading an advertisement in the times of India (newspaper) I bought a Blackberry 9530 handset after much deliberations from my colleagues. And before placing order I confirmed many times about the authenticity and newness of the handset. My only apprehension at the time of the placing order was whether the handset was second hand or new one. Your employee gave me an assurance that its a brand new handset. But when I received the handset then it was an older,refurbished handset full of scratches on the back panel and on the camera. I returned the handset on 12 of October 2011. After so much of hassles it took around more than 10 days for your courier company to collect the handset. And since then I have calling like a fool person. Every time I have been given assurance that it would take around 2-3 working days. But it never happened. In fact i have wasted around 500 rupees just on calling your complain no,i.e 09989468888, my call was put on hold every time at least for 15 minutes. Whenever I would ask for talking to your supervisor they refused to entertain my call.Many times my call had been disconnected. every single person lied to me. I would like to mention some name, Mr.Amit (supervisor, Mr.Raja,Miss Dolly )

Yesterday on 1st of November 2011 one of your supervisor Miss.Dolly Sarkar told me that phone could not be delivered and take your money. I felt like cheated and harassed with such a emotionless and pathetic statement. How can a company with such a credentials can do this to a customer.

The height of unprofessional attitude is that your employees have not saved my correct name. Instead of RAMAN KUMAR they have RAMAN RAO in their records. And ridiculously every time I call I suggest to rectify my name but no one has heed to it and all in vein.

From now on wards I am not going to suggest any of my friends or colleagues to purchase even a pin from Indiatimes.com. your company showed that on line selling does not have any future in India.
I dont' want my money back I want a new handset as per commitment made by your company. I want to settle the issue outside court that's why I am writing you an e-mail. I am marking one copy to my advocate Mr. Anish singh,and he will send you one e-mail from his end as well. In case you don't intervene then your silence will be taken as your consent to go to the consumer court. If you send my product within 3 days with an apology letter then o.k otherwise I will go to court. I also want acknowledgement of this e-mail from your end. Waiting for your reply.

I am sorry to inform you that the order number 113393639 is yet to be delivered,though the cash is already paid on 25 october 2011.And a complain was registered and the number is 416860.But i have yet to receive the product. It shows that u are not concerned about your customer.If you are not capable, please close your internet shopping.

i have booked a SONY CAMERA DSC-S3000 + 4GB Card + Carry Case + Charger + Free Indiatimes Gift Certificate Worth Rs.200 and my payment has also been deducted from my a/c on 10/11/11 which was accually being placed on 9/11/11 but i have not recieved any confermation or product yet. i have also lost my product reference no but i have that no from which my bank i.e SBI have done transaction i.e. 081588. so please check the status of my order nd let me knw as soon as possible. I procured (unfortunately) a product from Indiatimes only to see that it’s a defective/refurbished product with dents on its body and a defective touchscreen(partially functional). Indiatimes agreed to a reverse pick-up in the month of May 2011 and the same product was returned back within a week without offering any clarifications or explanations. Also the memory card which was there with the original shipment went missing from the returned shipment.
I have made numerous efforts with icare to get the defective/refurbished product replaced but only gets an email stating that your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department but gets no response after that. Please never buy any products with Indiatimes.

Saw add on paper about Multipurpose laptop table and ordered but did`nt got delivery and was told after 14 days when we called 5 times to there offices that order has been cancelled and need to place fresh order.Not able to track dispatch details from courier services as no one picks phone and no reply on mails...So I suggest it as rediculous shoping experience and will never go with this site

A few months back i bought a touch phone from indiatimes shopping after seeing an ad in newspaper. i got the complete product they had advertised. a few days later i found the product was not satisfactory so i decided to cancel the order and contacted them. they e-mailed me the procedure for cancellation. As per their specification, i sent them my complete product back for three time but they sent the product as it where is condition. now they are making up stories for refund, they keep saying that the cancellation order is under process and that someone will call us back. but there has been no reply from their end and nobody calls back. they keeping on replying that we are in process of cancellation .
they are just making up stories and i am frustrated of repeatedly calling them asking for the status of refund. they also put the phone on a long hold before replying to our queries

But on recieving the parcel after the recieving date actually i got only the set of watches but no coupon inside it.it was written in the product details according to which it must have been inside the parcel.

We have been facing a lot of trouble since buying the phone from Indiatimes shopping.
Firstly, the phone was not working, there was some problem in the mother board or something...the phone was sent back to the merchant and then returned after without any rectification & in a very bad condition.

I had ordered 1 blackberry mobile phone bering order no 3000007872 on indiatimes shopping which was supposed to be delivered to me by 9/12/2011. I was told that my order was cancelled due to delay in shippin. Further i was told that my money shall be refunded to me in 3 working days ie. by 11/12/2011 but i have not received any notification of reversal. the order was placed using my credit card. The above money is not refunded to me till date ie 17/1/2012.

I have placed an order on 21st March 2012 and my product is not delivered. I have registered complaint in their website and sent request through emails also. But no one replied me. They do have voice support and chat support which is not at all a support to customers. They dont reply to any one. This is just a fraud website where most of the customers are cheated. I am a frequent online shopping customer and never faced such problem even in a small online shopping websites.
