    Default Indiatimes Shopping - Poor Response - Incorrect Information - Bad Shopping experience

    I bought a Intel Multi media speakers through Indiatimes shopping online portal only ending up wasting time and money with no product in sight. The AWB no of TNT courier given the Customer Care reps is wrong and so is the contact details of their vendor in Hyderabad. Wish I had read these mails before buying through Indiatimes, I wouldnt have ever ventured.
    The mails through the site seems to be bouncing

    I placed the above order for Intex Multimedia Speaker System For your PC / Laptop on 24 Nov. However, I haven''t received the article till date. The TNT cosignment note number(GE886002161WW) provided by your customer care rep doesnt exist and courier company is unable to assist in absence of correct consigment note number. Kindly resolve earliest.
    Further, the contact numbers of your vendor, Mall4all/ Contact person - Mr Raj Kumar Marwaha (Ph Nos 040 - 30681699/ 30281688 also have been found to be incorrect. I fail to understand why would your customer care doesnt not have the right information, whether it was related to consignment note number and now the contact number. Further, if a small thing like a speakers take so much time for deivery, there doesnt seem to be any advantage of buying through Indiatimes. It has been a bad first experience of dealing through Indiatimes shopping

    Angry Never buy product from shopping.Indiatimes

    I had ordered 'Impact machine with 13 pieces drill bits' on their mobile no. in the month of Oct/Nov 09. I received the impact machine but didnt receive the 13 pcs drill bits. I lodged a complaint over phone as well as on internet about incomplete product delivey. For continous one month I was infomed that somebody will contact me from their dealer's side. I lodged my complaint five times still no response came from shopping.timesIndia. I was further informed tha their dealer who sent this product is not responding to their calls. Finally I asked them inform the procedure of returning the product, for which the phone operator gave me a lenghthy procedure of repacking, marking, complaint letter with reason and courier of product through some specific courier company. On being asked as how i am going to get my refund, I was told that no refund will be done, indeed a gift voucher of same amount will be given to me, as per company policy. When I asked as where is this policy mentioned, I was replied that its NO WHERE WRITTEN.
    Finally I decided that my time was more precious then this loss and gave away this lenghty and time consuming procedure.
    So this is my personal experience and guide line to all those who plan to shop from 'shopping times india'. Please please do not waste your valuable money in shopping from times india.

    I purcheded a book through indiatimes(Order ID:112065111). Payment has done through net banking. After a week of puchase, they cancelled the order because of out of stock. The cheating thing is no option to refund and they forced to purchase another one within a short period to compansate our money. SO PLEASE AVOID INDIATIMES to do ur purchases. Once u do the payment, u please understand ur money has lost. Use ebay for ur online purchase. Good one and reliable

    Dear Sir,

    I have placed a order with Indiatimes on line shopping portal for the purchase of washing machine and diamond pendent. The machine was supplied after lot of followup for 20 days and pendent has not been supplied till date. Nobody from customer service gives a proper response. May I request through your platform to get my money refundd.

    Further to add the jewellary reced. in bad conditions and few items are broken.

    it was my first experience which was really disgusting. i placed an order on 12th Feb 2010 for a book order no 112203074 which is being not delivered till date. the consignment was to be delivered within 6 working days.
    when i called up the customer service center ans spoke to miss Ritu she told me that my order was cancelled as the book was out of stock.
    the WORST PART was that i was not inform till date that my order was cancelled. i would not have come to known if would have called the customer service center .

    My question is that is this the service you people provide? i hope you people have hare of the saying that the " first impression is the last impression " so i doubt in my lifetime i would even think of coming back to u people and also make sure none of my Friends or relative do the same mistake

    but i doubt u it will make any difference to this people

    Angry PRODUCT OF INDIATIMESHSOPPING and company is not PAYING THE MONEY BACK in times.

    Dear guys this is faurd company do not buy any products from india times shopping, please see the full details for the products purchase N5800 smart phone.

    After more than one month by giving 100 call at last they refund the amount to credit card after dectection.

    purchased amount 4750 change

    reambaised amount 4149.

    But there is no response from the customer care or customer support still now & its frustrating us to place on order or to suggest others for shopping in india times.and if we say that we will book a case on this to cunsumer court the answer form the customer care is (U do what ever possible for u). and as per your dissucion for 15 mintes they aggreed and said send the POD.so i attached the (POD & DOCKET copy).

    I am sending the proof of delivery for the item which sent back to AMS Exports & shipping dockets.
    It would be better if you process the above complaint as quick as possible.
    Quick response will be highly appreciable ………………………………………..

    Thumbs down indiatimes shopping - very very poor product quality and very very bad service

    I had ordered Nokia 5310 Express Music (Order No:112164143, Sub order no:2861656) on 22nd Jan 2010. I got the handset on 02nd Feb 2010 through TNT courier services. After checking the handset , I could find that it was faulty and was not as per the specifications and claims made on indiatimes shopping. Only due to name of indiatimes shopping I had ordered the handset online. When I informed indiatimes shopping about it (complaint number: 130085), it asked me to send the handset back through TNT courier reverse pick up for the replacement. TNT courier picked up the handset from me on 13th Feb 2010. Since then I neither received any update on the mobile handset nor got the replacement of the handset. Since then I sent around 10 emails to Indiatimes shopping customer services, but I didn't get any response. After trying several times I could connect to the customer care no. and made inquiry about the replacement on 7 th March 2010. The executive really gave me foolish answers and asked me to raise a request through courier no. for replacement. I raised a request (request no.162012) for replacement. Even after asking for the replacement, inditimes shopping sent me the same old faulty handset after 40 days and I have paid the octroi twice for the same handset due to very very bad service and very very bad quality product delivery.
    Now I don't see any other option than to file a complaint against Indiatimes shopping in consumer court if I don't get my money back (including the octroi which I have paid twice) within a week.

    Default Non-Responsiveness of INDIATIMES.SHOPPING Customer care

    I had ordered GOOD HOUSEKEEPING magazine subscription for 2 yrs. on 12.05.2009, (which included 4 Cups with plates as FREE gift) through INTERNET BANKING. The details of the payment are given below:

    However, INDIATIMES.SHOPPING have made a payment of Rs.675/- only to LIVING MEDIA INDIA of INDIA TODAY group(as communicated to me vide their email) for a 1 year subscription. I have been writing to them since 12.05.2009 to EITHER transfer the balance amount to INDIA TODAY GROUP so that they can upgrade my subscription to 2 years OR refund the balance amount alongwith due interest till date.

    But it seems my requests are falling on deaf ears & INDIATIMES.SHOPPING disowns responsibilty of delivering services to customers after having received the payments to their accounts.

    You are requested to help me in resolving the issue at the earliest.

    Default Product not received even after payment done

    Dear sir/madam,

    With immense grief I want to state that I am not at all happy with the service you provide, rather it has put me into a big trouble.
    Actually, as per your products advertisement published in “vijay Karnataka” dated 23.02.10, I ordered one “Ultra Sexy Ultra Slim Touch Screen Mobile” on 24.02.10. As per your advertisement you assure the shipment of product within 10 days but I have not yet received the product and the worst thing has happened that the amount to be paid for the product has been made. It is already more than one month passed and I am completely harassed calling your customer care dealers now.
    Now I am tired of it. I called the customer care many times and sometimes they say that the money I paid has not been reached, sometimes they say that your order no. is incorrect. Nobody comes up with the solution.
    I don’t need the product now; please CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN THE MY MONEY.
    Please look into the matter seriously for the best way out soon.

    Default India Times shopping - Waste of money and time

    I Recently purchased a 16gb pen drive with camera option.The Product with they have sent is not at all working and the device is not recognized by the system my order no : 112312227 even the free items which they have sent are also of low quality and not at all working.They gave me a MP3 player as gift but this is also not recognized by the system.I lodged a complaint by calling the customer care Complaint No : 253283. They told they will replace the product.
    India Times : If you guys are not going to take the responsibility place a conditional statement saying that purchase at your own risk and India times is no where related to it.If they wont replace my product with a new working condition product I will suu this company.

    Advice to all the new purchasers dont purchase any good from the advertisements given on newspaper or TV go to the nearest shop and purchase it even if it costly a bit

I called many times to Customer care number and they provide the Complaint number is 274751. Today they told we are not respond for missing the product. you need to contact the vendor. but the Vendor phone number is not working. Very poor Service from Times of India.
