I bought the product online on July 19th 2011 and they mentioned on their Website that product will be delivered in 21 working days. its been more than 40 days now..and I have not received my phone. I tried calling them many times. They keep me on hold and say you will get in 1 week , 2 week and so on. I have paid 4499 INR for the phone. I even filed for the refund and now today when i called them they said I will get my phone in 2 weeks.I even emailed them if they dont reply I will file complaint to consumer forum in 3 days. Nobody responded


I told them I dont need phone now give me refund then they hanged up the call. I dont know what should I do. I have paid a big amount for the phone. Please help me out taking my refund.

I am also facing a similar issue. I ordered a Sony Ericsson phone worth Rs 20000 from Deals & you which they havnt delivered yet and its been more than 30 working days. They have stopped answering calls and mails. Dont know what to do now. Please help
