PVR cinemas not giving free ticket for booking done through VISA card I booked 2 tickets on 04/07/2009. The booking id is BGLC0003284722. As mentioned in the PVR website i am supposed to get a free ticket for using VISA credit card. But i did not receive any free ticket. Amount was deducted for both the tickets. Amount should be deducted for only one ticket . Kindly look into the issue.
