I had ordered 3 books from Rediff Online Shopping vide ORDER#5460628 on 4th July 2009. Total order was worth INR 398 and amount was charged to my MASTERCARD. As per Rediff Shopping product description, the products were to be delivered within 7 business days. However, even after 9 business days, two books (having product Ids 83785510 and 83786114) have not been delivered to me and subsequent communications with Rediff have failed to elicit any response. Their order tracking number for the two undelivered books (marked consignment no# 44208832345 and 44208832356) as "Awaiting Dispatch" since last week. My written email to them (Complaint # 009-330-253) has not been replied to.

Required Relief The vendor has not delivered books after getting full payment withing time committed on the website. I'd appreciate if this complaint could be escalated to concerned authorities and my products be delivered without delay.
