    Dear Sir,

    I placed order on naaptol.com on 7th of June 2009 for air sofa-bed.finally we got the placed on 29th
    of June.From the day 1 onwards I got a defective sofa cum bed from which air was
    licking out continuously.But from 30th of June I started complaining regarding the
    defective product on the customer care contact number.The executives from there
    without registering the complaint in which I can get my money back by returning the
    defective product, instead said that they will contact us through call very soon but
    there was no contact from there side for long time near about a week.Then I followed
    them up continuously to work on my complaint but they went on avoiding it. Finally I
    called them up and told them to let me talk to their higher authority.But then their
    senior authority instead of accepting the complaint
    advised to follow them and call them again and again.I am very harassed with the
    situation as well as this website.
    Please suggest me the way to get my whole money back as well as
    get out this fraud and please do take action for this website
    and its organisation.Hope I will soon get justice from the

    Dear Sir,

    I have placed an order (Order No. 09070350006) for MP 3 player with naaptol.com on 9th July 2009. But till toay 10th August 2009, I hae not received my order but the payment for the same has been taken through my credit card.
    I started complaining regarding the product on the customer care contact number.The executives from therewithout registering the complaint in which I can get my money back nstead said that they will contact us through call very soon butthere was no contact from there side for long time near about a week.Then I followed them up continuously to work on my complaint but they went on avoiding it. Finally I

    Payment Mode: Credit Card

    I ordered for Premium Electric Induction Cooker on Aug 6th, 2009 and made
    the payment through credit card. My order was verified the next day. I have
    not received my product yet. I have called 16 times so far with no success.
    The customer service executives are very rude and cannot help in any matter.
    Everytime I hear a new story. Sometimes, they say the order is in transit
    and i will receive it within 4-5 days, the very next day they say that the
    product is out-of-stock. I have had number of discussion with Kavita (Team
    Manager), Complaint Department. I still don't know when I will receive my
    order.

    I thought I will raise this with consumer court and see some action against
    naaptol.

    I have been delivered today MP9 Digital Pocket Vedio Recorder 4 GB as order no 42755 through Blue Dart.
    The instrument worked at the first instance. The pocket book instruction ask us to format before use.
    Therefore I tried to format. After that the yellow light keeps on burning and the usb is not detecting. I think
    the camera is defective. Kindly please arrange to give me a working one.Or tell me what I should do for
    rectifying the mistake.
    This was the message send by me.
    The message itself rebounded and no reply so far.
    I will let you know if naaptol people does me any favour.

    Do you have any postal address of the Co.? If yes then it's better send your written complaints to their Head Office address.

    i got my 8 gb spypen, delivered by bluedart vide order no. 48840, i think its camera is not working bcause everytime i shoot, in the file it shows 0 bytes, the file is damaged, kindly get help me to rectify my problem at the earliest or do needful.

    Default Mobile defective received not responce from naaptol

    Sir,

    I had placed order for Mobile and received through coriour. I have received mobile without Bill, Product mannual, gurantee/warrantee card etc. My order no. is 47145 dated 07.09.2009.
    I had talk them but responce not received. Last week on 03.10.2009 again i have complain on telephone no.02261486148 to swati on telephone she told me that after two days coriour person collect and replace, she has given me my complain no.2476, but till date no responce received. I had again try on telephone but every time above no got busy only answering message received on 08.10.2009,09.10.2009 even to day also i.e. 10.10.2009 i had tried in this no through my mobile if proof requir i will collect from my mobile company, i have try two three times daily. I have also try on other their phone nos. i.e 0226152400 mr. Amar on 08.10.2009, he has not received my complain and told me to contact on 02261486148, on 09223536148 mr. Dharmesh has also not given responce and not taking my complain and told to contact at 02261486148 and lastly to day i talk to prinka on 09223536148 she also inform me to contact at 02261486148 and told me she will forward my complain to complain department.

    Sir i am requesting that please inform them to replace my mobile.

    Dear Mr. Shah,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at
    INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone
    on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a
    Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR 2000-3000 in the market as MRP, whereas
    they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on
    October 16, and they refused all they said.

    The phone has a very poor battery life, of only 16 hours standby and 1 hours
    of talktime. I had spoken to their executives before and they had not
    mentioned of the phone being a Chinese make, and also they give ads in the
    daily, "Mail Today" that circulates across NCR. Thats where I got to know
    about them, but I made the order online and chose the pay mode "Cash On
    Delivery". I checked the consumer court forums for similar complaints where
    in I found out that people who already paid online via Credit Cards never
    received their phones. At least I was smart not to repeat that mistake but I
    seriously regret, I should have checked for their profile online earlier
    before buying the phone itself. But what made me trust they are genuine is
    the newspaper advertisement in a very reputed newspaper (Mail Today)

    When I had spoken to an executive on the phone on no. 09223536148, they
    simply told me that they would get back with help from the Technical Support
    soon.

    They have mentioned about Refunding the Product over here:

    I asked them for refunding my money and now they are refusing to do so. I
    want to file a complaint against them. My contact no. is 09910106162. Could
    you please get me back with some help against them ASAP? There is no postal
    address they have given, the Customer Care centre tells us that they have no
    stores at all / no posting address. You would understand that after all, its
    our hard earned money.

    I eagerly await a positive response.

WHEN I RECIEVED THE PHONE , I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THIS IS A POOR QUALITY CHINEES PHONE WHICH I CAN PURCHASE IN RS. 2000 FROM LOCAL MARKET ( I PAID RS. 4999 ) THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ( POOR SOUND , POOR CAMARA , NO VEDIO , etc. ) .
