    sir..actually i did a shopping from naaptol online shopping...but when i had my order..it was really embress for me that it was not as i suppose to have..it had some kind of breakage...after that i called up to naaptol"s customer care...i talked to them but i didn"t receive any kind of reply from there side...so i want my order as it was...please do me a favour..i hope you will pay attention and my order number is 2599200..replay on my email i.d

    D/s, The mobile handset delivered against the order no.2571261 is defective. I have made several complaints over phone and email since 12-10-11.     I have purchased a wespro camcorder through my phone call,I have received it as on 10-Nov.but when I open my courier than I saw the jewelry box was open and two bangle & one wrist watch was short in the open box, and I have already gave a written note with my signature on courier’s receiving

    I have locked out a complaint at the same day for the same after that when I use my camcorder ,then camcorder was not working I have just lock a complaint again.

    So dear team please I want my refund. I am taking follows up continuously from 10-Nov

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased an 8 GB Spypen Camera for Rs. 1690/-vide my order No.283372. But to my surprise it is not working. The product was without any user manual or warranty card. I sent an email to this respect but of no use. I phoned and told them that the product is not working, but they seems to be of not interested in solving my problem. Is the Naaptol a fraud company?

    kindly help me to rectify my problem at the earliest or do needful.

    I have received the items vide order no 3330904 dtd 28/1/2012 which i have order with you.However on receipt of the item was damaged condition. hence i m returnning the item back to you for replacement of the same , please oblige and set new one at the earliest.

    The aforesaid order has booked on 9th Apr'12 & naaptol team has commited to deliver the same within 10working days. But still i'm not received the consignment, even after 12 working days. If i contact naaptol team, the response was very worst, my line was disconnected by your team, while talking.

    Now once again naaptol team has commited to deliver the same on 25th Apr'12, if its not happened, i'll not accept the consignment. I can't wait further.

    Plz traet this as official call & ensure it should be delivered tomorrow(25.04.2012), otherwise i'll not accept the order.

    Default Naaptol sent me a defective phone

    Respected sir/mam ,

    i have received my order number 3738844, a blackberry bold 9700 with 3g.but it is defective.i cannot find any help from your customer service executives after several times of calling.i have been told to send the parcel at a mumbai address which is js associates , 2 , mangesh industrial estate, subhash nagar mulund link road nahur (w) mumbai 400078 , behind designo furniture showroom through blue dart courier service
    i still am confused about the whole process of courier as blue dart people say that it is not possible without a reference number from naptol as saugor (mp) is remote location for them and the reverse pick up is not possible with only the account number 113260.
    Naptol executives have told me to get the name and designation of the authorised person of blue dart and hus designation.its all very confusing thus i would kindly request you to mail me the procedure for pick up in a location like saugor (mp) which is not a metro city.kindly make this possible as soon as possible.its been one month and now else i will have to take the help of consumer forum for this.
