sir with due ruguard i want to informe u that this TCL camaorder[dv710],i recieved at 6th of january,2010 by order no.127441. it is totally defected from starting.
The camera is totally unable to tolerate with high class batteries[duracell] and the batteries became discharged only after 20 shots or 10 to 15 min. vedio capturing. also i have not got its UV cable in its package as shown in its accessories list. i missed its user manual but left other all accessories i am returnong to u in parcel.i hope that you will keep my faith and return it with corrections.i shall be very gratefull to you for this.

Received the said item yesterday in 3 parts in box but camera unit is very loose in housing. There is no locking of electronic component assembly provided with housing causing rotation of the above assembly as soon as this unit is made free from pen to download.After using for 3/4 times NO video is recorded. Please suggest me. Customer care phone is not working.

I had booked an order for a combo (reebok shoes + watch + T shirt) costing Rs.2300/- including delivery charges.
on 15th december 11, vide order no. 1116178. The amount was transferred to naaptol thru my debit card. i was promised that the material will be delivered after 12 working days. I waited for 1 month and when i reminded i was told that the same is being sent shortly. i have been getting the same reply till 2 days back. the funny thing is that
i told a friend of mine about this order and he too had placed an order for the same item for payment against delivery. to my surprise, he got the item within 15 days. he took the delivery by paying cash to the courier. the reason for my opting debit card was that i will be given a gift worth rs. 1500/-. BUT AS OF DATE I.E. ALMOST 3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND I AM YET TO GET THE ORDERED ITEM FOR WHICH THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT 3 MONTHS BACK. IS IT NOT A CLEAR CHEATING. I WOULD BE GRATEFULY IF THEY RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY OR THE ORDERED ITEM WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. IF I AM NOT GOING TO GET ANY ACTION FROM UR SIDE, I WILL NOT SIT IDLE TILL IT IS CLEARED.

Hi, I ordered a sewing machine..I rcvd the machine and paid the money..But to my surprise machine doesn't work at all that way the way it was mentioned...It is not able to stich anything properly..I dn't why they call it a sweing machine..it is total wastage of money..I want my money back or a new better working machine.

I am Nishan Barot from Gujarat, Kalol. I had placed an order of Spy Pen 16GB Combo pack. I got that pen about 3 days ago. I have a complaint that the pen's top switch to on the Pen is not working. The switch is loose. I called in customer care but someone say me that the guarantee of pen's switch is only 1 day. and i passed 2 days. So, he can't repaired it. I say him that there is no manual in pack of order. So, i passed 2 days to know how to operate it. Now there is not a one Service center that repair my Spy Pen in my City. So, what i have to do??? Is Naaptol company repair my pen? I can give money about it... Please send me reply on my Email ID....

Hi, I ordered a sewing machine.Order no 1599384 I rcvd the machine and paid the money..But to my surprise machine doesn't work at all the way it was mentioned..I ahve sent the product back on 22\4\11 by AFL courier ABN No 700002100092 as per you call center guidelines.I have not yet received my product back till date it was promised that by 7 days it will be delivered I want my money back or a new better working machine.I have waited for long.I will Have to take action by complaining to Consumer Form if it is not done.

This is the first time i have done a online shopping on 01st oct 2011 in naaptol my order no is 2556984 but still not delivered its already 2 weeks since i have ordered.
If you could not able to deliver the item you can refund back the money but i cannot her any status from you at all. I have been repeatedly calling customer care but i just get the IVT menu post that call is getting disconnect and message is sent to my mobile stating your order is still in process. I presume customer care no should be interactive modes were we can speak to the customer care office directly to get it cleared on our clarifications. can i know the status please..
