    Angry Incorrect delivery of my Order for Boss 540 SmartPhone

    Hi,

    I had ordered Boss 540 Smart Phone on 20th Feb (order No :181172) against the advertisement in Mail today from Delhi and was told it would be delivered within 7-10 days.However I got a call in 3 days time to arrange for the order money and it would be delivered the same day.
    It was collected by someone at home and I paid the amount(Rs 5200).When we opened it , another model had been delivered to us and since then I have been trying to reach at the customer care numbers and the corresponding courier person .All the lines of the customer care have been found busy and finally when ic ould make it last week , I was given a compaint no:5888 and was told to courier it to the company at Mumbai.

    I strictly believe that it should be company's responsibility to collect it at their own and deliver me the correctb order.Also the courier people have told me if it gets broken on the way , they would not be responsible for any damages.
    Is this the right approach and the kind of expetation a custiomer would have from the company when he trusted the company and believed that he would get the right order in time and right response fom the customer care when it was totally the company's fault in delivering.
    I have wasted so much amount in STD calls just to reach the customer care number and have been totally disappointed with the response when it comes to owning the complaint.

    vinod chaurasia i was purchase the moble from your side. my mobile no 2220boss multimedia and its strat to defectivness my moble airphone are not working, my moble inside speaker are not working how can i use this mobile and i was calling your side atleast 30 times but every time i heared customer care are busy this is a side or compturised communiocation noone cane come talk to customers plzz get some fast action last 15 days i m suffering from this problem and when u read this mail plzz contact to me so i can tell you what exactly happend. if you r doing any thing so i can complaine to the court

    Smile cheated by naaptol for buying boss2220 mobile

    Subject :- incomplete Product recieved

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am rajeev ranjan from ranchi.I had booked boss mobile on 28-02-2010 bearing Order ID : 193126. And i recieved the parcel on 12-03-2010 at 2.20 pm after with first flight courier service AWB no :LB0798501. But when i opened the Package i was cheated / mistake by having NO battery in the mobile phone. I had paid via Cash on Delivery. But immediately i informed the naaptol customer support person just a minute after it delivered .he registered the complain and gave me complain id 51666 and told that it will reach within 7 days. After 5 days,he told it will reach within 10 days.now 15 days has passed,but batterry which was missing in the phone, has not been sent to me.In begining they were responding my phone call.But now they even did not respond phone call.sometime says that voice is not coming clear.sometime after receiving phone they keep it as i.e. they does not speak.

    I was charged 2599/-Rs phone + 200/-Rs for shipping but i recieved incomplete mobile.

    The request with Naaptol is to please check into the matter as early as possible and resolve the problem so that the Reputation of your companies doesnt get bad.

    I still don't know when I will receive my
    battery.

    I thought I will raise this with consumer court and see some action against
    naaptol.

    Default to return the phone and get my money back

    Sir,
    I am Sumati Shetty. I had placed an order for a touch phone with naaptol.com. I received the order today on 27th March 2010 at 1 pm. The phone I got is a China phone which wasnt mentioned before. I called the courier service they told me to contact you and return the phone witihn 8 days and get my money back. The product i got is unsatisfactory and so I want my money back. I paid rs. 4499 + rs. 200 shipping charges = Rs. 4699. I want the consumer court to look into this matter and give me justice. Kindly look into this matter. Waitin for your reply..

    abhitak mera product mila nahi hai aur call center se bhi sahi javab nahi mil raha hai.

    I placed order on naaptol.com on 7th of February 2010 for a mobile , for which they were continoulsy advertising in the local news papers(Hindustan).finally we got the placed order on 13th of February.When we opened our mobile pack we got all the mentioned items except for a 2gb memory card that was missing from the pack.From the very day onwards and till now I have lodged as many as nearly 5 complaints on there customer care number, to which they never lended a ear and always made a false commitment by saying-'You will get your 2gb card within a week'.
    please suggest me the way to get my 2gb card as well as get out this fraud and please do take action for this website and its organization.Hope I will soon get justice from the consumer court. Here sending you the details of the order.

    Order No. 290627 dt 9.4.10


    Dear Sir,

    I booked E71 Y gsm mobile through naaptol.com but I received wrong product that is Nipex NE71, same time I have paid the amount of Rs. 2699/- to courier person.

    So next day I returned the wrong product by Bluedart courier airway bill no. 12710239194 dt. 16.4.10 which is delivered to your company dated 17.4.10 that is received by Mr. Aslam.

    I had a talk with naaptol representative, who ensured me about the booked mobile that I will get it within 10 days but still till date i.e. 5.5.10, I am waiting for this.


    Please send me the product Or return my money as soon as possible.

    I had ordered E71 Y gsm mobile on 9th April 2010 against the advertisement in The Hindustan Times from Delhi and was told it would be delivered within 7-10 days. However I got a call in 3 days time to arrange for the order money and it would be delivered the same day.
    It was collected by someone at home and I paid the amount (Rs 2699).When we opened it , another model had been delivered to us . So next day I talk to naaptol customer care, they given a compaint no: 81154 and was told to courier it to the Aditya Infoteck, Hyderabad. I couriered the wrong product through Bluedart courier airway bill no. 12710239194 dt. 16.4.10 which is delivered to hyderabad dated 17.4.10 that is received by Mr. Aslam.

    Till date I am not received my mobile Or money back. Naaptol customer care says the vendor (Aditya Infoteck) not updating about product. I strictly believe that it should be company's responsibility to collect it at their own and deliver me the correct order.

    I have a (POD) profe of delivery. I already fax it to naaptol office and e-mail it also but still there is no respose.

    Is this the right approach and the kind of expetation a customer would have from the company when he trusted the company and believed that he would get the right order in time and right response fom the customer care when it was totally the company's fault in delivering.

    Default Delivery of wrong product against order no. 314415

    I would like to state that I have given one order vide order no.314415 Dtd 17/04/2010, against which I received the product but which is not as per specification given in the offer. I received the product which capacity is 4 GB but as per offer it was 8 GB.

    As discuss with the customer care Mr.Surendra Singh they told to return the product as per the address conveyed by SMS i.e dirctly to vendor adity infotech , now I have already send the product by courier and their details i.e pod copy and awb no alreday send by mail .

    Kindly send the product as per specification mention in the order i.e. 8 GB capacity immediately upon receipt of earlier product.

    After repetitive follow up there is no response from naap tol till date i could not get my order

    Default Complaint of supply of defective piece.

    I had placed an order for a - Body Shaping Garment on 13/5/10 vide Order No.384379.

    I recieved the consignment and I opened one packet to try out the garment and noticed that it was a damaged piece.

    I felt there is no point in complaining about it. So I decded henceforth I shoul;d not place orders with Naaptol.

    I had earlier purchased a Pen Spy Camera and a Touch Mobilr phone from naaptol, so my wife insisted that I bring it to your notice about the damaged consigment.

    Interestingly we had opened only one garment packet, the other is still with unopened. Because we lost our mood seeing the first garment damaged.

    As I said because of my Wife's insistance I am bringing this to your notice, for whatever remedial action you would deem fit to take in this regard.

    Cool Naaptol.com is a fraud firm

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    after seeing an ad in newspaper I bought a mobile set model no. (E71 Pro.) from Naaptol.Com. My Naaptol.com Order No. 286780 Dated. 08/04/2010. I got the product Cash Payment 4199/- on Delivery by Blue Dart Courier Jaipur a few days later dated 21.04.2010. I found that the Handset was not in satisfactory level and its not working properly. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained at Customer care STD no. 09323436148/09223536148 lot of times. Than Customer care executive said me your Mobile set back return at our Hyderabad Office address they give me a address by mobile Message Address is Below:-
    Tele Product, Aditya Infotek, Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderbad-500095,
    Then we send by courier my mobile set by Blue Dart Courier on Charges-250/-Pay by us. Dated 24.04.2010 Waybill no is 12824288724 Jaipur to Hyderabad Witch is Receipts at 26.04.2010 (11:30 am) recipient name is Mr.Kamlakar at Hyderabad Office.
    Than we calling about 25 times Customer care executive they said me your Mobile set is not found us. They promised they will get back me soon. But they didn’t given any response. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have Two STD no in which, know when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take and action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)
    the STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -09323436148/09223536148. This firm is continuously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.

    I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.
