    Good Morning Sir/ Madam
    I have a Mobile e-phone product id:652419, order no. 82356., Invoice no. 359947 dated 27-10-2009
    I recd Mobile phone, Now the Mobile is not working properly i.e. touchscreen not working and a message shows SIM Invalid, Keypad is not working properly. The Charger is also not working properly.
    I had taked with cc executives Sheetal, Aisha & Vaishali, they are not taking any serious attention and not giving proper response.

    Otherwise I will go to consumer court and will file a complain against You. There is a 6 Months warranty, but You people are denying now. Check it.
    You will have to replace it or will hv to solve faults as stated.

    The instrument worked at the first instance. The pocket book instruction ask us to format before use.
    Therefore I tried to format. After that the yellow light keeps on burning and the usb is not detecting. I think

    I bought a product smart phone from naptol .com .but product battery backup is very poor .its backup is rear 1to 2 hour after full charge the orer no is 91713 and the complain number is 15896 . And the other product order number is 21320 and its complain number is 10074 .both of the complain not solved from your company .after buying both of these product i continoue call and talk with your executive pooja ,versa.     Dear Sir/Madam,

    In month September 2009, I bought a EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile from
    Naaptol.Com after seeing an advertisement in "Dainik Jagran" daily
    newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. is 45501 dated 5/09/2009. I got the
    product and a few days later I found that the Handset working was not in
    satisfactory level, and its finger touch function is not working. Because of
    this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times. Naaptol.com is a fraud
    firm and even they don’t have any email id. Only they have one STD number in
    which, when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able
    to contact them. Once I spoke with their Customer Care Executive in one STD
    No. they promised they will get back me soon. But they didn’t given any
    response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com. Every customer of
    Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to
    kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol. com).

    The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is 09323436148/09223536148.
    This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement
    and wrong products.

    I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my
    problem immediately.

    I have purchase mobile Boss 2220 via order no. -164407 and it was deliverd to me , on opening I found that the mobile is not started at all, what I should do, please tell me about the service centres in Bihar or the other way to repair exchange it.
